Good day, i made a payment today and yet am still seeing basic free  as my plan. please kindly help me sort it out. thanks. ***********

Have you raised a support ticket? If not, I would recommend that you submit one using our web request - Billing & Account Management.

Hey, @dareolaoye  –

 

Also look at this Zoom Support article. After buying the license, you need to assign it to a user… even if you are the only user on the account.
