Lost two factor authentication and recovery code - basic account


Good afternoon

I have made an error and somehow have lost both the Zoom entry in my two factor authenticator app, and the recovery code.

Being a Basic user, I am unable to send a support ticket for anything other than billing. 

I have created another account in order to post this message, because I cannot log into my main Zoom account on any device.

If it is please possible for a moderator or other Zoom person to DM me to help, I'd be ever so grateful.

Basically, explain the situation and confirm some billing details to confirm its actually you. Might take a few days, start to finish (less, I hope -- they're quite busy!).
