The image below is our invoice. We used to have 11 separate Zoom IDs, but we recently consolidated them into one ID based on the specific date. However, we noticed that there is an additional invoice payment. We are curious about the reason for this charge.

Hi @BCW1 

 

When making updates before renewal, you receive a proration credit for what you are changing from and a prorated charge for what you are changing to. This is calculated with the remaining time on your service period. You can see that one of the lines reflects a credit.

 

If you still have questions about your invoice or the changes you've made, I recommend that you submit a request to Zoom Billing. They can look at your account to see if there are any errors.
