Account downgraded to Basic after buying Annual Plan
Hello there,
My account which I bought one year plan for in January was downgraded to basic without my consent. I have tried several options but despite charging me $161 for a one year plan in January, I was downgraded to Basic on June 15 with no communication whatsoever. Under invoicing, I see a credit balance of $98 but this is nowhere to be found. Not refunded to the card where funds came from and if i try the subscribe option again, it asks me to make payment afresh. How do I resolve this urgently please?
