user with the following credentials.

Account number: 
This is to kindly inform you that I have made a payment (50$) for activating the meeting with 500 participants. However, the activation has not been done yet.

Therefore please kindly grant me access at your earliest.

Please contact our billing department by opening a ticket using this link: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360000983032 also make sure you are logged in with your Zoom account so we can access all the necessary data on our end.
