I have forgotten my password.
When I go to "Forget" I don't receive an email.

Hi @MCS1 @Cg0092 @region3coordina @lyndawaldrep1 if you are unable to reset your password successfully from https://zoom.us/forgot_password.
Another option is to submit a ticket to https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360000983032 with the Request Type: Account Management and the About: Password Issue/Reset
From there our internal teams should help further assist you.

Hi @Cg0092 are you sure you're not seeing the reCAPTCHA? I was already prompted the recaptcha before entering my email address. If there is no captcha, are you at least able to enter your email address and send?

I can see the e-mail prompt but it says to use my SSO #. I don't know what that is.
