I do not receive the OTP

I have a subscription professional account and I cannot receive the OTP codes to connect from my computer. The password reset mail is received normally, but no OTP codes have been received in two days and multiple tries. I have whitelisted "***********" but still I do not receive the OTP. The account is working perfectly otherwise, the OTP from zoom is the only mail that seems to not be received. The account I am posting this is not the account in question, but there was no other way to submit a support request. I am unable to use my account for the past few days, this is urgent.
