I could not update payment method

Money was short in my Visa account last month and could not pay an opening invoice. Therefore I just topped up my Visa and tried to pay. However, every time I clicked on "Pay Now", it always came back with the notification "Update your payment method". I followed the instruction and updated my payment method. But it did not work! How could I overcome this? Any suggestions?

If you're having trouble updating your payment method on Zoom, try the following steps:
