I no longer need the service. And I did not update my credit card information. But the ZOOM still try to process the payment. I don't know how they suceed the payment. They try four times after the failed process. This is like a robbery. I then try to find the team support to ask for refund. But see similar discussion threads. How a company process payment without the permission of the custumer? I believe a lot of people forget the date. So I strongly recommend ZOOM to cancel the policy, or give a period for refund (e.g., 7 days or 15 days)

I’ve confirmed with our Billing team that the renewal notification was emailed to the bill-to contact listed on the account on March 15, 2025. This notification included details about the upcoming renewal as well as notice of a price increase.
If you're unsure which email address is currently listed as the billing contact, you’re welcome to submit a ticket, and our Billing team will be happy to review the account and assist further.
