On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

I cannot log in to previous my basic ZOOM account.
I have a basic ZOOM account. But I haven't been able to log in to it at all for about two weeks. Because ZOOM always asks me for the code that makes an authentication app. I've never set my account 2FA, so I don't have any backup code. I don't have an authentication app, either. I would like to delete this account. I made another account to ask about this problem, and I tried to register my phone number in this new account, but I couldn't. I think that this situation occurred because of the existence of my previous ZOOM account. please tell me how to solve this problem.
