Hi,
I would like to cancel my pro account and go back to basic subscription as I don't want to pay for the current period without the discount I got the year before.
I was only able to cancel the future period, which would start on July 31, 2023, but as the renewal date has passed, a message that there is a payment pending for the current period, which started on July 31, continues to appear. But I stopped using the service because I don't want to pay that full amount.
