Trying to reduce licenses

I've deleted some users but Zoom won't allow me to actually reduce the number of licenses I pay for. I've been trying for days but it won't accept the change and keeps charging me. Please stop charging for subscriptions i don't want or use.

 I suggest you submit a ticket with Zoom support (https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/requests/new)  

 

In the request type select “Billing and Account Management”
