How do I get Zoom to respond to my billing issue?

I am trying to dispute a charge on my bank account. It's been 25 days and no response. The ticket details are below

I am having the same issue. I am furious about it. I don’t understand how this could be an honest mistake with such automated processes. 
I will research a regulator to report this to.
