Different regional account access

Hi,

 

We have a main account with sub accounts underneath.

 

When a user from a different regional  location tries to access the main account, its flagged up as suspicious, and I am sent an access code.

 

How can we stop this occurring, and allow someone else to login to the main account from the USA as well as the UK, so they can manage sub accounts  etc?
