Billing Issue – Please Cancel Renewal Payment

Hello,
I purchased a one-year Zoom subscription in 2024 and used it briefly.
However, I stopped using the service after my business failed.

A few days ago, I received an email stating that my one-year subscription had been renewed, but the payment could not be processed by my card.
I have since requested to cancel the subscription, but the payment request has not been withdrawn.

Could you please cancel this one-year subscription?
Alternatively, could you change it to a one-month subscription, so that I can pay for just this month and then close my account?

I understand you’d like a refund for your subscription. As stated in Zoom’s Terms of Service, all subscription fees are billed upfront and are non-refundable once processed. To prevent future charges, you can cancel your subscription and your paid plan(s) will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. If you’d like assistance cancelling, please submit a request to Zoom Billing.
