Hello Zoom Community,

My name is Kimaya Kapoor, and I recently purchased a one-year Zoom subscription. However, due to changing circumstances, I need to cancel my subscription before it renews.

Could anyone please guide me through the process of canceling my Zoom subscription? I want to ensure I do it correctly to avoid any unnecessary charges.

If you purchased your plan online, you can cancel your subscription on your own in the billing portal. See Canceling your subscription for cancellation instructions. Your account will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
