Can an owner/admin have a basic account?

I am the owner/admin of our account with about 15 users.  I have a licensed account but hardly use it.  As the owner/admin, can i drop down to a basic account and give someone else my licensed account?  thank you!

Yes, this is possible 🙂. 

You will first need to remove your license, then assign the license to the other user.
