Hello

I am having a big issue with my account. I have tried several times to contact zoom with no help. I had a pro account with 5 licenses. An employee that is no longer with the company had a separate zoom account. My email was added to that account, but then it transferred all the information from my pro account to this account. However, now all the licenses had disappeared and it is making me repurchase them again.  Can anyone help? I have emailed zoom twice, tried the chat bot, and even called but no one helps.
