Account Administrator left company unexpectedly

Our account administrator is suddenly no longer with the company. No forwarding information. His network account had to be disabled, so I can't even log in via SSO if I knew his password.

I urgently need to change myself to the account owner but cannot log in as him to make that happen.

I can't get ahold of anyone at support...I keep getting the message that my personal meeting ID doesn't exist, thought I use it constantly.

Anyone out there have any ideas???

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @JMG2.

This happens more often than I like to see!!

There is usually an account owner, as well as several admins. Are you an Admin?  If so, there is a process you can follow which will, eventually (in 7 days) revert ownership over to you.

Ray -- check out the GoodClix website.

thanks for the advice!  I am an admin, but apparently we must not have Pro accounts. I do not have an option to request ownership 😞

I'll try a support ticket again...
