Important updates from Zoom Support:
  • Effective immediately, customers with subscription plans greater than $10 USD/month may receive live chat support. Sign in and visit our contact page to view your support options.

  • Starting February 1, 2025, Zoom Phone customers must add their phone numbers to an approved 10DLC campaign in order to keep using SMS/MMS capabilities on their numbers.

Ability to talk to a live chat agent.

Anyone know if a licensed zoom pro user is able to get a live chat agent?  I don't seem to be able to find this feature anymore.

I sympathize. My plan allows me to chat with a live agent, but I can't get there - I have to go through the chatbot first and the chatbot can't tell that I'm signed in. Yes, I've reported this to Zoom. If anyone in the community knows how to reach a live agent for chat WITHOUT going through the chatbot, this would be appreciated. 

 Interesting getting a reply after years haha. I was so angry at zoom. Imagine paying $125USD and not even being able to talk to someone. So cut them off and stopped paying my account. Haha! I wonder what they expect for a company that treats their users so horribly. Seems their fee to get assistance has gone down from $50 a month to $10 a month so it might be included in pro now. Is pro what you have?
