I signed up for a pasid account and now for some reason ther5e is a user on  y account that I did not put there and the license is not prtoperly assigned to my primary account and I can't seem to get it done right and because my license is not assigned correctly to my email asddress the cusrtomer service automated service wopn't let me connect with and agent nor can I get through to an agent in chat to help me cortrect this problem! I am extremely angry that this is set up thisd way that a person hahas signed up for a paisd account that because the license is off that there is no way to fix it!

So, so angering!!!  What do I do???
