환불신청

연락처는 못찾겠고 방법은 모르겠어서 작성

결제시 일부만는 결제가 됬는데 신청한 기능은 미적용되서 환불 신청함

재결제하기도 그렇고 취소도 안되고.......

1년 구독이 2025년 3월 6일에 끝났습니다. 그리고 같은 날에 새로운 1년 구독료가 저의 신용카드를 통해 지불되었습니다. 더 이상 저는 줌이 필요가 없습니다.  저의 새로운 구독을 취소해주시고 3월 6일 지불된 구독료를 환불해주십시요.
