Please see the following articles for guidance on cancelling your subscription as well as deleting your account completely. Deleting your account will remove all of your information, including your credit card.

I recommend that you submit a request to Zoom Billing if you need assistance.

is it the new feature that we have to cancel the current subscription then only can remove our credit card info?

@Jpcc  As long as an account has due-upon-receipt terms, a credit card must associated. you can contact Zoom Sales to see if you qualify for net terms (invoice due in 30 days).
