Lost two-factor authentication and recovery codes

Hello,

 

I no longer have access to the phone I used to set up two-factor authentication with my Zoom account, meaning I don't have the ability to generate the authentication code needed to login. I do not have the recovery codes, either, so I have no way to log in to my account.

 

This is not a workplace account, so I don't have an admin to contact. I am unable to submit a support ticket, because I need to log in to do that and can't log in. I created another account to make this post. How can I gain access to my original account?
