Hello! We have recently hosted a Zoom webinar, all great, panelists and host were sharing their screens during their [presentation, all perfect. Now I wanted to share the recording, but the recorded image showing during the whole event is only from the first panelist - not event from the host! But during the event all was fine and working. Is there a way to revert this? To go back to what we were watching when it was live? I have organized other Zoom webinars before and this has never happened. And I honestly can't find anything under the settings. Any has an idea why this happened? Thanks!HCP

I am not familiar with Team Chat, but I would like to use it for a meeting that I didn't host. The host has given me permission to start a chat with the other members. The meeting ended a few days ago. Questions:Am I able to start a Team Chat session if I was not the host of the meeting? I have the meeting ID and password.Will Team Chat still be available even though the meeting has ended and all participants have logged off?How will participants know that a chat has begun since they have logged out of the meeting? Will they receive some kind of alert? Thank you in advance for any help. 

We are in the process of switching over to Zoom phone and i would like to keep using our desk phones (Yealink T41S) if possible.I however found out they are not in the list of compatible desk phones. Is there maybe some way to get them to work? 

I recorded a meeting today to my server (not the cloud).  how do I get the transcription of this recording?

We have Zoom Rooms set up to use NDI cameras. When the room joins a teams meeting a message pops up saying the selected camera cannot be found. In one room it sent a black signal instead of the camera, and in another it sent the content input instead of the camera. Is there something I need to enable to allow the NDI camera to work in teams as well?

I would like seek any possible way to look for the missing part of the recording. The internet was not really stable. There was a 6 hour session and needed to be recorded. However, there were only 4.5 hours videos. I did not realize that the recording stopped for the last one hour.....I recorded to the local computer...... I am desperate to find the solution to get back the last hour video. Is there any way I could do? It is very important lecture for the exam... @RecordingIssues 

Hi all,  We have several iPads as controllers that are not supervised but are on ZDM, and our ZDM certificate is coming up for renewal.  Is it necessary to actually update the certificate for it to work?  Or does it just no longer receive commands from the web if it is expired? Also, what is the best way to update it?  I can't recall what we did last year, but I seem to remember having to reinstall the Zoom Rooms app. Thanks!

Are there any Zoom Certified of Approved USB to HDMI Adaptors for a 4th display used as a confidence monitor?

My company was recently acquired, and I am wondering if there is a way of transferring all of the user data from my company account to our new parent company account. Ideally, we would like to save all meeting history and recordings, but need to cancel our subscription because it is duplicative to our parent company's account. I know there is an option to transfer all user data to another user within your org before the user is deleted. I'm wondering if there is any similar migration process for all company data between Zoom orgs. Thank you!

I cancelled my pro subscription last year, a full year agoand this year zoom again withdraw a pro amount of money from my creditcard without consent!  

Linux Zoom client up to 5.15.12 worked fine on Linux Mint XFCE using the screen scaling XFCE provides for 4K monitors.  Version 5.16.0 now shows up VERY big and the usual fixes of adjusting zoomus.conf values of AutoScale and ScaleFactor will not make it any smaller.  ScaleFactor will make it bigger still.  If ScaleFactor would accept a fractional value (like 0.5) the issue would be addressed.  It only appears to accept integers. Something changed between 5.15.12 and 5.16.0 that has broken the image size.  I've been waiting for a subsequent update to address this, but nothing so far. Suggestions?

I have made payment for plan.Amount 1624 deducted.A mandate is also set.  No invoice generated. Tried logging out from  all devices and log back in. Two support tickets already created no response on them.  What kind of support does zoom really have. Frustrated

I have a user who wants to make calls from certain area codes depending on who he is calling (he is a Business Development Representative). Can I assign multiple phone numbers to a single user?

I have been stuck on Blur (not the normal blur either, just a lesser version of blur) for over a month now and can not just go back to 'None' and a clear live background. This is happening on my Samsung Galaxy 23+ phone, have uninstalled and re-installed the Zoom app multiple times to no avail. Works fine on my desktop Zoom app. I am a paying Pro customer and not receiving much support. Anyone know what is going on here?

I'm having trouble hearing audio in videos shared in Zoom Meetings. I have an Acer Nitro V15 notebook, model ANV15 - 51 - 58AZ, Windows 11, using Zoom Workplace version 6.4.12. However, this problem with the audio has been happening for several versions now.The problem is when someone shares a video on Zoom and it has audio, the music contained in the video is automatically cancelled, as if it were noise cancellation. Only the voice contained in the video, whether spoken or sung, that can be heard.I've already checked audio processing settings on my notebook, and removed them all, but the problem continues. I updated zoom to the latest version, tested previous versions, but nothing changed. I looked here on the forum and saw that in one case they asked the host to remove the noise cancellation option in the audio settings if it had it. I made this modification, but I still have the problem.I've also heard from some friends who use Zoom that this problem happened specifically on other n

On Monday 29th September 2025, at least five institutions in Finland, as well as some institutions in Norway and Iceland have faced "Warning. The instructors email is invalid(2216). Error Code 2216 - int_edu_{institution specific numbers}" when trying to access Zoom via Moodle LMS as the Moodle instructor role user. This prevents instructors, typically university teachers using Zoom the way they are used to. In addition to this, institution admins are facing "Sorry, your session was expired. Please refresh the page or login again." when trying to configure LTI Pro settings, which are unexpectedly empty. No problems on Friday 26th September 2025. The issue started on Monday or during the weekend.Norway and Iceland reports mention this error occurring also in Canvas LMS integrations.However, there are institutions who use Zoom LTI Pro and Moodle LMS who are not affected by this issue. We have checked that Moodle site > Site administration > Plugins > Act

I have tried to disable the virtual background on my apple laptop. The "none" button is highlighted but the background remains. I can blur the background, but I cannot remove it. I have the basic package. I have used the virtual agent and read all the instructions. None of them have solved this issue. 

My video has been configured to mirror. And I can see the mirroring while the meeting is ongoing. But once it ends and the recording is downloaded, the recorded file doesn't have mirroring. I have a Macbook Air M3. Is there a solution to this?

I have the desktop app, version 6.5.7 installed on my Mac (M1 running Sequoia 15.5) and have a Focusrite 4i4 Audio Interface connected to it. When I go to test my speakers, I hear audio over the speakers connected to my Audio Interface. However, when I go to test my microphone, no signal is detected. I've tried selecting my interface, the mic in my monitor, using the mics on my two iPhones, nothing works. If I log into Zoom using my browser, and select my audio interface, the mic is detected as are all the mics on my system.You would think that this is a simple permissions issue, except that I've granted the Zoom app the necessary permissions to use the microphones. I've tried uninstalling the app and re-installing, doing a complete reboot but nothing I try lets the mics work through the app. Anyone experienced this or know what the issue might be?

Hi. My preferred pronouns have changed and I am unable to edit them. When I look at my profile in the app I can see my pronouns listed but when I click to change them nothing happens. I am able to edit my screen name so the app is otherwise working. I have checked and I'm definitely on the latest version of the software. I can unshare them, but I don't *want* to unshare them, I want them to be there but correct 😞  On android phone but I've also tried on my laptop. No error messages, just, nothing happens.  Hope someone can help! 

Previously when scheduling a meeting, there were fields to enter the time of the meeting, ie, 7pm to 9pm.  Within the past month when scheduling a meeting, there are no fields to enter the specific meeting time.  The invite template just shows the date fields.  Is there something I'm missing or has the invite window changed?   Thanks

Hi all,I'm wondering if it is possible to record each participant's camera as a seperate video and audio file, as well as recording the group screen as a sperate video file too?  Or can you only get the multi screen recording?Thanks in advance for your help!

How can I assign the sub user admin with less privilege and a can handle a group, not entire?Here am looking for an admin access to control a specific access on creating/modifying/managing users. This sub admins don't want to see other users, zoom rooms, BYOC configurations, account profile details etc

I have had a workplace pro account for several years as I am a counsellor and need one hour sessions with my clients. My laptop was recently corrupted with a virus so I had to use my husband's laptop and signed into Zoom using my sign in details.  It didn't recognise that I had a workplace pro account,  only gave me a basic free account.  My laptop is now back and repaired.  I have downloaded the Zoom app again,  signed in and again only recognised me as a basic free account! My subscription runs out today and Zoom US are trying to take out the money for this year. I am not happy about this as I cannot get my account up and running again yet will be paying for something I don't have. The Zoom support through the portal is complicated and rubbish as the virtual assistants do not understand your problem and the FAQs don't have my exact problem. I tried calling  Zoom but as my account is only recognised as basic free, I am not entitled to support from a human
