Request refund for recent unused renewal charge

Just went live this week on ZCC.  I need to give my agents access to a dashboard for their queue.  I find it hard to believe there is no way to block the Default Supervisor Dashboard.  There is information on that dashboard that we don’t want agents seeing such as proficiency.

It is about a zoom setting that I try and test now for several weeks and it does not work. What is needed is that the one participant shares screen without sound and another participant shares only sound simultaneously.Host settings are done: "Multiple participants can share simultaneously". All tests result in the message "you can not share audio whilst another screen is already shared.Anyone has an idea? Would be very helpful.Frank

Hello,I am a user from Korea, contacting you regarding my use of Zoom.During the payment process, I mistakenly selected 2 participants instead of 1, and the payment was completed accordingly.Additionally, the subscription was processed as an annual plan, resulting in a significantly large charge.I would like to cancel this payment and proceed with a new payment for 1 participant only.I have already sent an email regarding this issue, but I have not yet received any response, so I am reaching out again through this channel.Currently, the refund and correction process feels quite inconvenient and unclear, which is causing significant frustration.Given the large annual payment amount, this situation is even more concerning.I kindly request your assistance with the following:Refund of the payment made for 2 participants (annual plan) Guidance on proceeding with a new payment for 1 participant A prompt response to this requestAs a user based in Korea who intends to continue using your servi

I have a Zoom App in development currently showing as in draft and shareable internally within my organisation. Until a few days ago, I was able to complete the oauth flow for both the production and development client id and my app would show in the Zoom marketplace “Added Apps” as installed in both cases in the relevant tab “Apps in Production” and “Apps in Development” and it would show in the “Apps” section of the Zoom client. Since yesterday, with the app uninstalled, when I try to install the development app again I do not see the consent screen, the oauth flow succeeeds (I get a code back and exchange successfully for a token) but the app neiter appears on the marketplace under “Added Apps → “Apps in Development” nor in the Zoom Client under “Apps”. I have been looking this up and so far nothing conclusive. I did ask my Admin whether a setting has been changed on their side (not sure if their is a setting that would influence this?). I was wondering if people have experienced th

Hi,I have setup a Zoom event with ‘Registration required’ and have shared the registration link, which has resulted in a number of registrations being received. We have a VIP group that don’t want to register individually, hence we would like to send them a Group join link instead.Unfortunately Zoom only displays the Group join link when the ‘Registration required’ option is unticked. My question is the following:If I untick the ‘Registration required’ option temporarily and copy the displayed group join link, without saving this change, will this group join link work if I send the link to the VIP group? Hence is this a viable workaround to have both registrations and a group join link?

I have a profile picture on Zoom that transfers to my Weight Watchers profile but it won’t activate when I’m in a Workshop. Any tips?

I have a Server-to-Server OAuth app that is activated and live on my account. When making API calls I receive error code 124 Invalid Access Token. I have verified my Account ID, Client ID, and Client Secret are correct and have regenerated the Client Secret multiple times. The app has the following scopes: meeting:write:meeting:admin, meeting:read:meeting:admin, user:read:user:admin, webinar:write:webinar:admin, webinar:read:webinar:admin. Please help me identify why the token is invalid.

Your support is absolutely the worst I have ever encountered.I am absolutely sure that I’d get better support in soviet Russias courts than here.

Hi everyone,I’m currently working with ZRA and trying to update the information in the Deal Info tab within a specific conversation. However, I haven’t been able to find any API that supports updating this data.I’m not sure if I’m missing something or overlooking the correct approach. If anyone knows whether there is an API available to update Deal Info, or has experience handling this, I would really appreciate your guidance.Thank you very much!

I have a Zoom Workplace Business plan. Is the "streaming" feature available? I see it in the "Meetings" section, but the settings are unavailable...

When did hosts stop being able to assign directly from the waiting room to a breakout room? The new Zoom Workplace Application offered an amazing feature that allowed Host and Cohosts to view the waiting room, assign the participant to a breakout room and admit. The participant would go directly to the Breakout Room and bypass the main room. (Referenced in the “2 new features you might have missed” Article) My coworkers and I have noticed one by one we are losing that functionality. Can this be fixed?

I have been running zoom on my chromebox for well over a year. Recently, a message at the top says they're going to cease support for the app in August and replace it with Zoom PWA. I've tried to convert since they're telling me I'm going to have to, but it doesn't work. Each time I try to join a meeting with the new app, it generates a new meeting invitation, sends me the information email. Using the meeting ID from that email just starts the process again. It's an endless loop. The "old app" works just fine. Any thoughts or advice? Chromebox has 16 GB RAMIntel(R) Celeron(R) CPU 3867U @ 1.80GHz (2 threads, 1.80GHz)GB service for my internet connection

At the start of a meeting, I accepted the AI into the room. Then a notification announced that the recording had been started. So I didn't start the recording myself as usual. But at the end of the meeting, I can't find the recording anywhere. I know where I can usually find the recording in the cloud or on my computer. My question is about how to find recordings made by AI.After some research, I've learned that the AI is indeed supposed to make a small recording”. Where is this recording?
