For Customer Complaints Management. I lodged ticket issue BIL2471822, this has Not been resolved. It has drag on for over a month, billing/account take about 3 or 5 more days until respond in each time. They kept ignoring what asked, and give generic responses that is irrelevant and not what I asked. I have repeatedly asked for this to be sent to Complaints Management section - which they have not done and ignore this. And billing team leader closed ticket. This is not close, nor is this resolved and I did not ask for billing team leader. I asked for Complaints Management - it is a different section who will be able to deal with it.This is a message for zoom staff to response and reallocated my ticket item to complaint management to response to me directly. Your support is absolutely the worst I have ever encountered.I am absolutely sure that I’d get better support in soviet Russias courts than here. 

Imagine 5 to 15 retired seniors meeting to be taught and/or discuss a subject of interest. Sometimes all parties are in their homes connecting by Zoom. Sometimes everyone except the speaker is in one room like a church social hall or the back room of a small restaurant with a large screen TV and an upgraded microphone/camera on a laptop. The problem is that most of the time there are a mix of people in the room on phones, tablets or laptops; There are also people in the room depending on a communal monitor, speaker, mike and camera to participate. Finally, there are some people trying to be in both worlds with a phone for speaker and mike, but using the monitor to see the group.  The pure groups work fine but the mixed groups have problems with not enough volume, not enough mike sensitivity and feedback. I am sure that part of the problem involves managing the layout of the groups but part of the problem is not having the

Hi, I've been a customer of Zoom 3 years. I simply required to drop our license count from 32 to 20 and webinars from 2 for 1. Simple request yes? I started the process 6 weeks before annual renewal and with just 4 days to go i am left with nowhere to go. Under the dashboard and edit plans I cannot reduce the license count as it says:Your account has custom pricing. To decrease the license count, please contact us.So I did contact customer support - 5 weeks ago. Over several weeks I converse with an agent - I was clear from the start what I wanted, the reduction in licenses, but I had to jump through hoops and questions - the support ticket was BIIL0747142. It got to the point of actually reducing the licenses and suddenly the case/ticket is closed. I cannot reopen the ticket but my license count has not been reduced. My renewal is now just 2 weeks away. So I open another ticket - (BIL1170595) - I am again very clear on what I wan

I have spent a few hours looking up how to set up Zoom healthcare.  I already have a Zoom one pro account, and anytime I try to add Zoom healthcare, the website just brings me back to my current plan, with no option to obtain Zoom healthcare.  Also, I keep reading from multiple people on Zoom community that I need to obtain a BAA in order to be HIPAA complaint.  I have tried calling the sales team but no one actually picks up the phone.     Can someone please explain how I can obtain a BAA.  This has become rather time consuming.  Need help!   Thank you

I went in and edited the sign-in email address on my account, however it is pending confirmation and the confirmation email was sent to my old email address to which I no longer have access.  I do not want to establish a new account because I have had this one for years and have data and setup that I would like to keep.  How do I updated my email address so that I can continue enjoying my zoom account?
