Request for Refund – Unused Automatic Renewal Charge
Hello,
I was charged today for an automatic renewal of my Zoom subscription, which I did not intend to continue.
As soon as I noticed the charge, I immediately canceled the subscription. I have not used the Zoom service at all since the renewal.
Since the charge was made today, was unintended, and the service has not been used, I kindly request a full refund.
I would greatly appreciate your prompt review and consideration.
