Hi everyone, most of my therapy sessions are on Zoom. I’ve tried Zoom’s AI summary feature, but for therapy notes it feels too generic and doesn’t capture DAP or SOAP style documentation well. What AI tools are people using to turn Zoom sessions into solid therapy notes? Looking for something that handles clinical language better, supports templates, and is mindful of privacy and compliance. Any workflows you recommend, or tools to avoid?

I can't see the "Record" button. I still have "Record on Computer" enabled in Settings. What could be the problem? Device: MacBook Pro (MacOS 15.6.1 (24G90))App: Zoom Workplace app version: 6.5.12 (63499)Zoom Version: Free

I am both a leader and a participant in zoom meetings.  I am using a laptop computer for zooming.  In either roll my screen shows only a gray background with a little locked symbol.  I've tried to follow all of the suggested solutions with no luck.  I am able to participate with audio, but no video.  Please!  Can someone tell me what to do to unlock my video?  Thank you so much!!  🙂

I am paying monthly for the PRO but only have access to the Free and can only talk for 40 minutes.

All my meetings are being recorded by the AI componion WITHOUT my consent. If I go to settings, AI companion, I see that the feature has been locked by the Admin. I have a private account (hence no adm) and the system will not allow me to grant myself ADMIN rights. I have written 3 times to zoom support and I receive the same answer: Go to settings!! I have attached screenshots showing the feature is locked and I keep on receiving the same answer!! It is against the law in Switzerland to record my meetings without my consent, yet they keep on doing this. Please help!!!

Dear Zoom Support Team, I hope this message finds you well. I’m writing to formally request guidance on the possibility of changing our default meeting recording location from Zoom Cloud to Vimeo exclusively. As our team already uses Vimeo as our primary platform for video storage, distribution, and post‑production, we would like to bypass Zoom’s cloud storage entirely and have all recordings saved directly to our Vimeo account. Our goals are: To discontinue the use of Zoom Cloud for recording storage. To have all meeting recordings stored solely on Vimeo moving forward. To understand if it is technically possible to set Vimeo as the direct destination for recordings—without first saving them on Zoom Cloud. If this setup is not currently supported, we would appreciate any available alternatives—such as immediate post-processing transfer to Vimeo followed by automated deletion from Zoom Cloud—as well as any recommendations or workarounds your team may suggest. Additionally, if t

Hi!  I’ve just upgraded to Zoom Client 7.0.0 (1666). The search bar on the top now pop up a window that is different from the app and where I cannot type anything inside. There’s an input for the search, latest searches, results divided by type. Only the X to close the windows works.

Hi,We are trying to record both voices and piano playing during a meeting. We can only seem to record the voice??? We have tried some suggestions found online.  Is there a simple way to do this??? ThanksPatti McCallion

I am organising a Zoom webinar with registration details to be passed to my organisation's Hubspot account. However, I noticed that Hubspot contacts that already exist will not be updated to reflect a new Zoom registration activity. I thought I might instead create a Hubspot form and a landing page for the webinar, with an automation for anyone who fills out the Hubspot form to be automatically registered in Zoom as well. But I can't figure out if that's possible - does anyone have any experience? Also, is there a way to view a registration list in Zoom webinars?Thank you!

Hello, is there an agent who can help expedite the appeal I submitted earlier today? I haven’t received any updates yet, and we rely on this account for our daily sessions. This has been quite frustrating, especially since we haven’t been given any details on why the account was flagged or banned.I’d really appreciate any assistance or updates. Thank you!

I was trying to add another phone number to my account when i accidentally bought the workspace pro instead of the phone plan. Trying to ask for a refund instantly but the support AIs keep telling me its non-refundable. That’s quite horrible service, i had my card saved on zoom so i can fluently make transactions and they’re punishing me for trusting them and just quickly making purchases?! its unfair if i’m being forced to keep on paying for something i did not even intend on buying. Even got the Annual plan because i thought ill get an annual one for this number.

Dear Sir or Madam,I am extremely dissatisfied with the Zoom service and am considering cancelling my subscription. The reasons are as follows:You charged me for a Large Meeting service that was not used, in the amount of EUR 197.49. After receiving an unfavorable response from the first-level support regarding my complaint and refund request, I escalated the issue to a higher level. I then received a positive response confirming that a refund of EUR 137 would be issued:"We’ve also processed a refund of 137 EUR to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the credit to reflect on your account."However, instead of issuing the refund of EUR 137, Zoom charged me an additional EUR 137 on March 28, 2026.We urgently request a full refund in the total amount of EUR 334.49.Sincerely,Dubravko Čop

Does anyone know how to turn off the timer for when the meetings end

How can I convert a Recurring Scheduled meeting into a No Fixed Time Recurring meeting and retain the same meeting ID?  The No Fixed Time Recurring meeting has been used to feed into a live webcast for several years.  I am not clear exactly how it happened, but I suspect the meeting type has been accidentally changed to Scheduled when the meeting URL and ID were included in a Google Calendar entry notifying about a short test meeting.  I did not know that this was possible.  Changing the meeting ID would mean alterations in several platforms and notifying various clients, so we want to avoid this if possible.  We have set the recurrences to six months apart to secure the meeting ID, but this adds spurious entries to our calendar so is not an elegant solution.

My team has made the payments and renewed the pro subscription, however my plan is still reflecting as Basic and not got upgraded. What could be the issue? Its urgent to fix this.

The, the meeting is at 5. But it is a 5 PM or 1700, But the email does not say so, iutz just says: 5.Bug,Also there needs to be a switch between 24 and am/PM.,
