Paid for Zoom One Pro back in December but my account (only 1 email address used) still shows Basic.Suport form is useless, cannot press "Next" after filling in all boxes.Email billing - that fails with a zoom returned email stating to use KB, KB and chat bot are useless. Someone from Zoom needs to reply to this and assist, or quite simply I will do a chargeback as I expect a modicum of service, granted do not need telephone support, but the minimum is a working and proper email address for support when your own product fails to work as it should when money is paid.

For the last couple of months, my Apple AirPods Pro 2 are having issues. They connect fine. The speaker works and I can hear fine. But every client on my Zoom calls are complaining that my voice is cutting in and out and sounds robotic.I took my AirPods Pro 2 to Apple Genius and they replaced my AirPods. I thought I was good to go, but the issue continued.I then hopped on the same Zoom Call with my iPhone and my AirPods microphone worked great.Therefore, the issue is isolated when I'm using Zoom Workplace on my Macbook Pro. What is the issue?

If I create a Google Calendar event with a Zoom meeting link, but an attendee uses my personal link instead of the one in the Google Calendar invitation, will they still be able to get into the meeting?

I am having issues generating a link with embedded passwords.  We have three zoom licenses and two work fine.  On the third, the link that is generated does not include the password information. I have followed the instructions in this support article: Embedding meeting passcode in invite linkhttps://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0065979 my profile for this account has the embed passcode in link turned on.  However, I am unable to get the embedded password in the personal meeting space.  Thanks!

I am unable to sign in with my paid subscription account on zoom. It gives me a network error but it allows me to sign in with my gmail account which is free. This is both on my windows pc (zoom app) and also my phone

Hi! I have Zoom Pro and would like to set up reminder emails for participants leading up to a meeting I'm hosting. I'd like to plan them out and schedule them in advance. I've looked in settings and meetings but can't seem to find where/how to do this.  Does anyone know?

If I mirror my camera video, I noticed on my recordings the video is not mirrored.  Is that how it's supposed to work, is mirror my video more of just a confidence monitor feature? ThanksKJH

I don't own a car.  Recently I have randomly entered safe driving mode and got entirely stuck.  The only way out was to end the whole meeting and start again.  This is SO frustrating.  Does anyone know if í can entirely disable it?  I tried asking the bot and it just gave me drivel about it being a safety feature.   Well it's not that if it happens randomly and disrupts my meetings.

My friend and I both use Zoom Workplace Pro, running version 6.5.9 (61929). I regularly record meetings (2–10 participants) either locally on my Mac Mini or to the cloud, and the recordings are always high resolution—typically around 1750×1336, and sometimes as high as 2560×1400. My friend records a larger meeting every few months (40–80 participants). Most of the time his recordings are also decent quality, but on two occasions the resolution dropped all the way down to 640×360. Internet bandwidth doesn’t appear to be the issue: my connection can dip as low as 100 Mbps down / 10 Mbps up (sometimes up to 600/20), while his is consistently strong at 600+ down and 300+ up. The one difference is that he sometimes joins/records via the web client instead of the desktop app. Question:What steps should my friend take to ensure his large-meeting recordings are consistently high resolution? Should he avoid the web client and always use the app, or are there other settings/factor

How can I turn off the audible notification when I activate/deactivate mute during a video meeting (i.e. "mute on" / "mute off")? 

After the most recent update, I had a user who was asking why we could no longer schedule in 15-minute increments. It seems we can only schedule in 30 minute increments.(i.e. cannot choose 8:15 or 8:45 start time while scheduling a meeting. It must be 8:00 or 8:30). We can't even type in a time manually. We must choose a time Is there any way to address this? Has the "minimum increment" become a setting or something?

Dear Zoom-Community!I would like to receive a text transcript after each zoom meeting, but I do not want a video recording of it. I am not able to differentiate this in the settings, it's either both or none of it. Can you help? How do I receive a "text transcript" only?  Thanks in advance for your support! 

Hey there, I've been using Zoom for recording podcast interviews, saved locally. My main work computer, which I have been using for all my podcasting activity, freezes occasionally, usually right after I log in. It's a long story and not a huge problem - certainly not worth clearing my hard drive and reinstalling everything - but it does mean that it's possible that it freezes while I'm in the middle of recording an interview. My question: What actually happens to my recording if the computer freezes? Is it gone forever? Is there anything I can do to back them up so I will have something to convert even if my computer freezes or crashes? Grateful for any tips - thanksIan

im trying to configure zoom but none of the microphones work on my win11 hp, it keeps opening microphone settings, but zoom is not listed in microphone settings. i cant join or host any zoom meetings where my microphone will work. how do i fix this, or get my microphone to work on zoom, it works on other apps just fine.

I use Zoom to teach senior fitness classes. I use my MacBook for the camera and mic and I hook it up with an HDMI cord to my big screen tv so I can see a larger screen. Then, when I play music with Spotify on. my laptop, the sound comes through my tv and my participants can hear me talk and the music as well. All of a sudden, they can hear me, but NO music at all! So I decided to play music with my phone sitting next to the laptop, and they couldn't hear that either. But they can still hear ME loud and clear! Finally, I took my phone, playing the music as loud as possible with me and put it next to my mouth.  When I talked, they could hear me, but no music. What the heck?? Can Zoom possibly be able to filter out any music and just allow voices on audio to be heard by participants?????

I have turned off adblocker because my video display is a black screen. It didn't do anything and my video display is still a black screen. My laptop is Windows 11 (Lenovo).

I have been alive for a very long time and have never ever experienced this... I was trying to upgrade my account from Zoom Pro Plus to Business Plus, but couldn't through my dashboard (I had to contact sales first). Sales clearly had no idea what was going on because they instructed me to click a button to Manage Plan. In actuality, in my account, this button directs me to contact sales. Why do I need to speak to a human to upgrade my account? Now... I realise I can't upgrade... can't downgrade... can't even cancel my account without contacting support who have now told me to wait until a person reaches out to me by phone or email within the next 2 days. This is atrocious and is 100% illegal. You cannot put people through this insanity. @zoom you've got a legally binding contract with your customers. I'm married to a contract lawyer and I can tell you that you're breaking the law in a hundred different countries in about a dozen ways.

I would like to cancel the payment made today (card number: ***** 7000)and make the payment again with a different card. 

With a free account, how do I set up the profile image? I do not see the steps to do this.  also, with the free account, how to set up a background image? thanks

Would like Zoom Clips to have the option to transcribe my recording clips, not finding any information if clips will include this either now or in the future.
