I'm on an annual subscription to Zoom, and I'm going to use the webinar only for 1 month and cancel it after paying monthly for the webinar only, is it possible?The unsubscribe button on Zoom doesn't work and I asked to contact Zoom, but they said no. Does anyone know why?

I used the Zoom Outlook Plugin to schedule a meeting. Before the meeting took place, I moved the meeting time till later that day. Once I hit the Send Update button, this message popped up "The event description will be replaced with the Zoom default invitation" (see attached screenshot). So, now the meeting no longer has the agenda text (event description) that I had originally included (so that attendees would know what the meeting was about).   Any ideas on why this happens and more importantly how to prevent it in the future?   FYI, this happened to me with a previous rescheduled meeting too and I've been searching around for this Plugin message without success.

since i got a new lap top when ever i share screen & record, it records black boxes over my slides (like the shaddow of any notification boxes or the box that my face is in. they dont go away. how can i fix this. ive tried the support chat of the auto ai response which says try video rendering changes in settings but nothing seems to make a difference

Hello,I want to set up a recurring meeting with no fixed time, as I have done multiple times before. But the option seems to have disappeared, I can only choose recurring daily, weekly or monthly. I contacted support, but got no reply. Does someone in this forum have a tip for me how to fix this?

Hi using AI companion for the first time and have issues/questions. I had a meeting and turned on the AI companion. It was working but I wasn't going to ask it questions (such as action items and lists that were made during the meeting) until after the meeting was over. So when the meeting ended I clicked end and then I thought oh wait what about the companion did I just lose everything? I received an email with a meeting summary which was great. But I still had questions and wanted to refer to a transcript. So I logged into Zoom in my browser and found a section called "AI Companion". I clicked it, and on the particular meeting I was interested in, and it brought me to the meeting summary. No other options such as transcript, or the ability to ask the AI companion questions. Am I missing something, or is there no way for me to access this now that the meeting is over? Thanks in advance for any help someone can provide!

I have an older laptop with Windows 10 (which for some reason can't be upgraded to Windows 11).  I take voice lessons via Zoom and lately my teacher can't hear my high notes.  I tested them under my Zoom settings and sure enough, nothing after certain pitches, so it's definitely a clipping problem.  First, what can I do?  And secondly, if it is solveable, could I get specific steps to solve the problem?  Thanks in advance!

Hi, I have a 3 month old ASUS 15 OLED X1505ZA laptop. Good Spec. No problems with speakers when using Youtube. But the laptop speakers or any other speakers simply won't work with Zoom. Doing Test Speaker doesn't work, it maybe plays for 0.5 second before cutting out or may play but incredibly quiet. I have checked volume levels. I even went to see if some new drivers would work for audio components, makes no difference.I work in tech so am not computer illiterate, but I am baffled by this.Any ideas? Enduser is a part of call queue and some of the calls are missing in the history., Where as in the logs I can see all the calls , but few are missing in Zoom workplace app history. 

I have paid for the Events subscription & connected my business and PAYPAL and it is still NOT coming up with the option to set up for a PAID TICKET in registration - any advice ? 

This is more of a statement as I've been told by support that this is the way the system is designed. From the desktop app, there should be a way to monitor presence for a common area or a user, regardless if they are logged in via the desktop app or not. For instance, if a user is not logged into the app, but has a desk phone assigned to their user account, the app should still show that user as available if they are not on a call, instead of "offline" - it makes it difficult for sites that have employees that are used to a traditional phone system/dont have the need for the desktop app to still be monitored via presence.  We have receptionists that handle incoming calls, and then those calls are transferred to other different users within other departments, but the receptionists aren't able to see their status unless they are logged into the desktop app. Seems like a major issue, as this was a feature on our legacy system we migrated from. 

Hello, I have an issue during Zoom meetings. Whenever someone shares their screen and there's music playing (along with a singer), I can only hear the singer's voice but not the background music.I have already enabled "Original Sound" and tried various methods, including uninstalling and reinstalling Zoom. I also tried turning off the "Original Sound for Musicians" option, but the issue still persists.I would appreciate any help or solutions you can provide for this issue.

Hi, We organise online seminars where videos are being shared on screen and reviewed and commented by a professional . We have a ZoomWorkplace Pro Monthly plan and with a few members this works but as soon as the group is a little bit bigger the videos start lagging.  I am the host and I have excellent internet connection, the videos are stored locally (so not internet based) and I see the videos perfectly on my screen. However for many participants they are lagging behind which destroys the whole purpose of the seminar. One participant changed from a PC to an iPad and it worked better.  Has anyone experienced this before? How can we solve it? Our next seminar is in a few weeks and I am wondering if we need to look for another provider.  Thank you!       

Hi,Does anyone know how to return a participant to their breakout room after they loose connection and have to rejoin the meeting? When I try to do it, the room they were in is not available as an option so I have to move them into a different room first and then move them back into their previous room. Surely there is an easier way of doing this.Thanks,Anna

Zoom Audio not working on Windows 10 I have tried every tutorial/guide on the internet and nothing is working! Please HelpNo audio from zoom while on earphones. I'm using Zoom version 5.7.5 (939), on laptop with AMD Ryzen 3 4300U chipset.Everytime I share audio from my laptop, both audio sharing only or from presentation, participants will hear cracked sound (buzzy noise). The shared audio sound quality is very bad.I did uninstall, restart, then reinstall, yet the problem is still persist.I also have the problem of participants VDO may freeze from time to time as well.I never have these problems on the previous update.How should I fix these problem?Thank you in advance for your supports 🙂

After the last two zoom updates on my iPhone SE, when there are more than six participants their images begin to pulsate. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling Zoom and working with Changing various settings which I found advice about on Google, but none of this has helped. Does anyone have any other suggestions, please?

My device appears to have the requirements for virtual backgrounds or blurr but Zoom tells me it doesn't. I looked them up. What can I do now?

my video image keeps going glitchy. I've tried so many different things to resolve this: uninstalled and reinstalled zoom; changed computers; changed video cameras; moved to ethernet direct rather than via wifi; turned off all bluetooth hardware (keyboard, mouse, phone, etc.) while on zoom - this one seems to work the best and when i want to use the bluetooth keyboard again then the video signal goes wonky again. I've included a screen shot. I've reached out to my internet provider and because Zoom is the only program affected it seems this may be where I can find a solution to the problem. Any ideas? 

When we are hosting a meeting at various times another's screen image will impose on top of the host or a series of almost like black and white movie images run along the top or bottom of the screen - it's very distracting

I am teaching using  Zoom and want to Spotlight either my laptop camera or my second screen where the slides are being displayed. The students join without turning on their camera. But I can't get the Spotlight option to show. I searched through settings but nothing provides a Spotlight option. How can I control what my students see? I don't want my slides to appear as just another attendee, I want the slides full screen. And to occasionally display my image on my laptop camera.

What USB channels does Zoom Meeting use for audio output by default? Is it possible to select different USB channels?
