Hi Zoom Developer Community,We are developing a medical seminar platform that integrates with Zoom. Previously, we used the **Zoom Webinar API** (`POST /v2/webinars/{webinarId}/registrants`) to register users programmatically. This worked great - users could register with one click, and Zoom automatically sent confirmation emails with join links.Recently, we started using **Zoom Events (Webinar Plus)** for our seminars. We discovered that the standard Webinar API doesn't work with Zoom Events and returns error code 3000:{"code": 3000, "message": "Registration has not been enabled for this webinar: xxxxx"}We then tried the **Zoom Events Tickets API** (`POST /v2/zoom_events/events/{eventId}/tickets`), which successfully creates tickets. However, we found that **confirmation emails are not automatically sent** when using this API.## Our QuestionIs there any way to achieve the following with Zoom Events via API?1. Register a user programmatically (one-click registration from our platform)2

I had Pro account but downgraded to Basic, but are still invoiced for the Pro. How solve this to get refound?

Hi everyone,I am attempting to extract meeting data via API for my entire organization (including start/end times, participant lists, and transcripts). However, I’ve run into a blocker: the scopes mentioned in the official documentation are not appearing as options in my App Marketplace dashboard. I am specifically looking for administrative scopes to access: Meeting Events: Scheduled and actual start/end dates/times. Participant Data: Lists of who joined each session. Content: Full meeting transcriptions. I am using a Server-to-Server OAuth app. Could someone clarify why these required scopes might be missing from my configuration panel? Are there specific account-level permissions or 'Add-ons' required to enable these scopes for API extraction?"

Hello, I bought a Zoom Workplace Pro subscription at the end of February during an undiagnosed manic episode, believing I needed to do this otherwise the world would end. I have now been diagnosed with bipolar 1 disorder (can provide documentation as proof) and am looking for options for a refund, even if just partially, as I have absolutely no need for a Zoom subscription of any kind. I understand that Zoom has non-refund clauses; however, how do these clauses hold up under contexts of psychological duress? Also, I bought Zoom in the Philippines as a Philippine citizen and am not sure how digital sales laws work in this context. Times are hard and it would be good to get this money back so I can actually use it for things that would sustain me. Thank you in advance for your consideration.

I have a "AI Companion BASIC" plan.I recently started using Notes (which I think are stored in Docs), initially for manually taking notes, then I discovered meeting transcriptions. After starting a meeting transcription, after 30-40 minutes, the transcription ended. I read a post by someone that transcriptions end after 40 minutes for basic plan(s). On a later date, I tried to have (at least part of) a meeting transcribed, but it ended quite soon. Today I tried again, and was told I had hit my AI Companion limit. What is the maximum amount of time a meeting can be transcribed with my plan (assuming I haven’t run out of AI companion usage)? How is AI companion usage calculated?, or to put it another way, if I’ve had about 40 of a meeting transcribed (then cut off); then another one cut off even sooner; then transcription not even starting (out of AI companion usage), is that probably to be expected? When I click “Upgrade” for “AI Companion BASIC”, the “AI Companion” plan mentions unlimi

Despite host approving recordings, they NEVER record to my computer (Lenovo). I have checked everywhere on my computer and they are nowhere to be found. Zoom’s AI bot is useless and just parrots everything on the website that I’ve tried. I have looked all over the internet and can’t find an answer. I’m a free member but unwilling to pay because I only attend 1-2 meetings/week and never host. WHY AREN’T THEY RECORDING???

I hope you're all doing well. I've been encountering a bit of a challenge lately and was wondering if anyone else has experienced something similar. When I try to share my screen during a Sigma Free Fire gaming session on Zoom, I've noticed some annoying voice issues. The audio seems to be distorted or unclear, making it difficult for others to hear me properly. I've tried adjusting my settings both in the game and on Zoom, but the problem persists. Has anyone else faced a similar issue or perhaps found a solution to improve the audio quality while screen sharing during gaming sessions?

I am curious if anyone has this problem or knows of a good solution. I often host meetings with a large number of participants (100+) and sometimes people will use the chat feature to ask for things, such as to have screen sharing enabled, to be spotlighted, etc. I know users can raise their hand and that will bring their video to the top of the list. But sometimes they do not know how to raise their hand, or they simply won't do it, and I have to search through pages and pages of videos looking for their screen name so I can click on their video to provide whatever it is they need. This is very frustrating since I've already started an interaction with them in the chat, but the options when clicking on a username in the chat are very limited. Is there some way to search for a specific user within a meeting so that their video can be brought up quickly? Or even a way to simply list all the users alphabetically so that I could find their video quickly?

I am having “issues” connecting the SDK to a webinars plus event.  Are we able to do that? I am using a general app and can connect to a meeting or webinar using the same app but as soon as I try to connect to a webinars plus lite or full event, I get a Signature Invalid error.

Where is Account Management? Please change to personal. In addition, please cancel your PayPal bill. Thank you.

I'm relatively new to Zoom and therefore might have missed something but if I invite somebody to a meeting via the persons email address they don't receive an email with the invitation. Is there something I need to configure / enable? I tried via Android App and via Webbrowser. Steps to reproduce:1. In Webbrowser (Firefox) login to zoom.us and navigate to "Meetings" - "Schedule a Meeting"2. Add *********** in "Invitees"3. Click "Save"4. *********** never receives an invite (even after hours or days)I have tried various email addresses (incl. gmail and the likes but no success)

There's some debate as to who's responsible for this fiasco. Zoom blames Apple, but an article I linked to below says that Zoom integrated the "feature." Regardless, I resent this defective "feature" being forced on people by default. Now, every week, I only see ONE of my parents on screen because of this monumentally inept design. It's not just that this feature is mind-bogglingly defective, but that it should never have been activated without user approval. Apple, like any developer, needs to think about users when making design decisions. If you roll out a "feature" and enable it by default, a large number of users will be stuck with it permanently. I am 2500 miles away from my parents, who use Zoom on an iPhone. They do not know what obscure control on that tiny screen will provide access to buried settings like this auto-zooming, and in the limited time we have for our conversations I don't want to spend half of it trying to blindly help my mom hunt through them...

Hi,Is there function or tool which can be used to create url for another computer use? The another computer can not login zoom.Thanks.

Hello,I have a question regarding the limitations of concurrent meetings when using Alternative Hosts within the same account (organization). Our Current Setup: Scheduler: One dedicated "Admin" account (Licensed User). Meetings: Multiple online training sessions scheduled at the same time. Hosts: Each session is assigned a different instructor (each is a Licensed User in the same organization) as an "Alternative Host." My Question:With the setup above, is it possible for these instructors to start and run their respective meetings simultaneously?Since the "Admin" account is the original host (owner) for all these sessions, I am concerned about the Zoom limitation that prevents a single user from hosting multiple meetings at the same time. Does this limitation still apply even if different Alternative Hosts are the ones actually starting and conducting the meetings?I would appreciate any insights or official documentation on this. Thank you!

I just met the error code 13224 the second time, and I don’t know how to fix and avoid it, is there any advide?

Hello! Could you please tell me why the recording quality is 360? The MacOS system version is higher than 13 and the quality in Zoom app video settings is set to HD. I also have PRO account.

When I add someone as an alternative host to a webinar, they show up as a dash/hyphen instead of their actual name. They have updated their profile but it doesn’t update in the webinar under Special roles. Where can we edit this?

I receive error codes twice when trying to login.Upon opening Zoom on my Windows 11 Home system, I get the following error message on the right of the screen:Error code    xxxxxxxx-0x01-000A-0000-00-0A-07 Then, upon entering my valid login name, I receive the error code “-1”Web resources have directed me to disable Windows Defender Smartscreen, but this is not helping.I’d appreciate any help

unused subscription. I forgot the biling. I want to get refund

Hi everyone,I am writing this to get some help regarding an accidental annual subscription renewal. On March 16, 2026, my Zoom subscription was automatically renewed for a full year without any prior notification that I noticed. I immediately reached out to Support (Case #BIL2472042), but I was told that a refund is not possible due to the "non-refundable" policy.I have NOT used any Pro features since the renewal, and I have already cancelled the subscription to prevent future billing. This annual charge is a huge financial burden for me, and I simply cannot afford it right now.I've seen other users getting a "one-time exception" for similar accidental renewals. Could any Community Manager or someone from the Billing team please look into this case again?Thank you so much for your help.

I already submit a case and no one answer me please i need someone to check my old case and take any desicion as soon as possible
