Is there a way to make Zoom quit after I leave a meeting? I prefer not to have apps running that I'm not using. When I leave a meeting, zoom keeps running. I would like for Zoom to quit after I leave a meeting.

Our company used ZOOM 100 Events for just one month. I sent a request to cancel the service, but no one from ZOOM responded. When we received an invoice, I reached out to ZOOM again to request cancellation. I received a notice that someone would get back to me. While I waited, I received another invoice.  In September, I finally managed to reach a person at ZOOM named Maximo. He assured me that the service would be canceled. However, after waiting for a response, I again had to reach out to him by phone. During this call, he mistakenly thought I was trying to cancel our yearly subscription. After clarification, he said he needed to forward my request to another department, and that I would hear back from them. Unfortunately, I did not hear from the renewals department (Cezar). Hello everyone, i am having issues with the windows Zoom Workplace app version 6.3.6(56144), this started a week ago. For some reason i am unable to get either the 64 bit or 32 bit app to connect. Though i am unsure what they are trying to connect to.after logging in to the app with my email and password i see the "working" dot circle then the following message appears"It looks like we are unable to connect. Please check your network and try again." the only two other things that show up in the window are the blue "try again" button right below the message and a small "< Back " in the lower left corner. i have no issue logging into zoom workplace via my browser (firefox in case you want to know) so i know my log in info is correct and my net is stable. am i correct in thinking that the app is trying to connect to Zoom? or is it trying to access Google? how to i get the app (i think it's a webapp?) to connect with whatever it is looking for? how to i debug the app

Per https://community.canvaslms.com/t5/Canvas-LMS-Blog/Enforcing-User-Agent-Header-for-Canvas-API-Requests/ba-p/658205 all HTTP requests, including LTI and API ones must have a user-agent header. Canvas has provided a report to all LMS administrators that identifies developer keys that are not providing a user-agent header. Both the LTI developer key (https://applications.zoom.us/lti/advantage) and the LTI API key for Zoom LTI Pro (https://applications.zoom.us/lti/rich/oauth/complete) are reported to not be providing the header. I have filed two Support tickets where I've been told that it's not their problem, but come January 17th, it seems like it will be.

Hi there,  We have an issue where our zoom meetings although set up to use waiting room for "everyone" is not working, guest just come into the meeting without being admitted and it is very unprofessional. I have looked through my settings everything is as recommended. Is anyone else having this issue. Or have a solution? 

Hi,When scheduling the meeting from iOS/iPad using outlook, by enabling the zoom add-in in the "New Event" in Outlook->Calendar we are  getting a blank white screen in outlook.We do have Zoom application installed and successfully logged in.We are using intune and we do have app protection policy applied to outlook, and added exemption for "zoomus"Attached the screenshot of the issue. iPad version: 26.0Outlook: 4.2538.0Zoom Workplace: 6.6.0

Whenever I try to access Zoom and enter my email address and password, a pop up appears saying that the session is over and need to access again. So basically it is impossible for me to access and start a meeting.I have uninstalled and installed again, checked for any windows update, but the problem is still there.Can anybody help me?Thanks!

My camera app is working fine, picture is sharp as always. But when I go from the camera to zoom, the picture quality is poor.  I've read online that many seem to have this problem but none of the proposed solutions (more light, clean camera lens, etc.) does anything. Does anyone have a solution for this or is this is good as zoom gets?

I just cancelled my subscription to ZOOM because I haven't used this product in a year.  I refuse to pay for another year when I haven't used your product.   I wish to file a dispute. 

We have created a roadmap that we intended to share across the org. As a result, I set the General Access to "Anyone in the account company ltd".Although they could access the link, I've noticed that they cannot search for this in Zoom and the document doesn't appear when searched.When I send a share link they can access and view again.Is this intended behaviour? 

i had the zoom outlook plugin successfully up and running on my PC (Windows 11, Outlook 2024 LTSC) but the latest update of the plugin didn't install, showing error message "error applying transforms. verify that the specified transform paths are valid" (in german) on setup. Tried several things including uninstalling the plugin which worked but didn't fix the issue. Now the outlook plugin is all gone but still whenever i try to reinstall it i get this error message.Any ideas how to fix this issue and get the zoom outlook plugin installed again ?

Hi,I have disabled the virtual background and video filters under settings, however when we start a meeting, all participants are still able to use virtual background except the host? Are there further settings that I missed out? Anyone has the same experience?Appreciate your feedback.

I have a voicemail greeting recorded and turned on and "Forward to Voicemail" is set but the greeting won't play. I just get the auto attendant. I can't figure out why it won't play.

How does this work if I sign up for this now? I am paid up till Feb on my existing plan. I notice that I will be charged today for a new plan finishing in October. This means I lose 3 months that I have already paid for?

HiI have tried to read through previous discussions and find some answers, but I cant seem to understand why I can not choose to record my group meetings with gallery view? I can not simply find in my settings that particular place I could choosethat even as an option.So I read from previous discussions that people have ticked yes to Record Gallery view with shared screenRecord active speaker, gallery view and shared screen separately - and have only checked yes to gallery view and shared screen.Where can i find these options? Several months ago, my organization transferred the administration of our Zoom to a new administrator. Regrettably, this new administrator has left the organization and taken the Zoom account with him. If we are unsuccessful in getting back the account, what are our best options to prevent abuse of the account?

Is there a way from transferring historic meetings from one Zoom account to a New Zoom account, and if so what is the procedure for moving them.

As many others have noted, Zoom frequently crashes/freezes with the new operating system.   When will zoom be updated to work with Tahoe?  

I am trying to connect zoom to ReStream.io and I previously had integrated with Otter.ai. I disconnected otter.ai, took the zoom app off of my account. Now everytime I try to select livestream with RTMP it says it is "connected to livestream...but it it not- it's still trying to talk to otter.ai! Soooo frustrated. Anyone know what i am doing wrong? I can't seem to find the original fill in the blanks for the url and streaming code. The input options are gone under the livestreaming option.

We are using Zoom pro for the streaming of webinars since corona hit. We keep our cloud recordings for a very long time, since our customers want to view the recordings of our sessions afterwards.  This morning I cannot find any cloud recordings. It is like they were all erased? That is a big problem and we need them back because clients are constantly asking for the recordings of sessions. What could be the issue here? Thanks, Heidi

I'm using the current version as of today (6.5.7), but I'm at a loss to know where the Use Dual Monitors switch has disappeared to? I know it got moved a few versions back from the General tab into the Meetings & Webinars one, but I can't find it anymore. Has it moved again or be renamed to something else?

Is anyone having challenges with Zoom's new process for non-profit with Good Stack?  We got approved but have been given the run-around by GoodStack and Zoom.  No access code was given to me and then when I click the links that GoodStack has given me, I get error messages and then Goodstack tells me to go to Zoom and Zoom tells me to go back to Goodstack.  It's been a month, and I can't get a response from either company.

We are testing SMS to confirm some appointments with homeowners. Is there a way that we can change the SMS/Caller ID to show our 800 # (we are able to do this with phone calls). Currently when we send a text message the receiver will get a "Potential Spam" ID or the personal phone number of the employee on their phone. We do not wish to do this because our teams are on queue and no one should be calling their personal ext or phone number for work.  Nor do we want our customers to have the Caller ID say Potential Spam.
