I recorded a virtual play using Zoom, and didn't realize until after that it was only recording the person speaking at that moment. Since the whole thing was recorded, is it possible there is a way to switch it to the "everyone" version of it so both actors are consistently visible, or is it too late for that? And how do i prevent this in the future? 

Greetings, we are looking to incorporate Delivery Management into our environment and find its very easy and straight forward to use. The one use case we cannot find any documentation on is when receiving a package destined for a department (group) rather than an individual user such as marketing or accounts receivable.  I was hoping to be able to use "user groups" under user management or be able to prepopulate a list of group email addresses, but they do not show up in the recipient field when adding a scanned delivery. Curious on current best practices to accomplish this.

Zoom has this feature built into the client https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0058114, is it possible to access this from zoom rooms?

I have upgraded my account so that I can have/host meeting for up to 23 hours a day.Once I walk out of the physical office and the call is inactive or an hour or so, the meeting turns off and it tells me "the meeting has ended after 40 minutes idle time". I would like the meeting to keep running even when there is no movement or conversation as we would like to come back and continue. Please help.  Idle time meaning that the call had no interation.

I am using Mac OS 13.2 and recently my Zoom background is always blurred unless I have a photo for my virtual background.  I have tested with multiple cameras (built-in, iPhone, NexiGo) and all show this behavior in Zoom.  It does not occur in other apps such as FaceTime or Photo Booth.  It is not quite as blurred as the "Blur" option in the "Background & Effects" but clearly out of focus. I notice this only on my MacBook Pro and not my iPhone.This is fairly recent behavior and I cannot find any setting in either the desktop or web client that corrects it.Has anyone seen this behavior or know how to correct it?

I am writing to express my frustration regarding unauthorised webinar invitations I have been receiving.Unsolicited Invitations: I am being invited to webinars and meetings I did not sign up for. These invitations come from users who have added my email address without my consent.No Unsubscribe Option: The invitations lack an unsubscribe link, preventing me from removing myself from their mailing list. Not sure if this is the right place to post/request this, but here it goes!We are starting to utilize the new fax cover sheet templates, which are great!! But there's one small issue we'd like to see improved. On the "From" line of the cover page, it is adding in the sending user's display name which is great. However, lots of our users in our org have various letters, designations, certifications, etc. in their display names that all have various special characters such as ®, ™, and ©On the actual fax cover page that is sent, instead of the actual symbol, the cover page has " : registered : " in place for "®" I would love to see if Zoom could update this to support the special characters themselves so that they display properly

 I WANT TO ADD 2 ADDITIONAL "ALTERNATIVE HOST" TO MY REOCCURRING MEETING BUT DON'T SEE WHERE TO DO THAT. HOWEVER, I DO SEE  THE OPTION FOR "ALTERNATIVE HOST" IF I WERE TO CREATE A NEW MEETING. DOES ANYONE HAVE A SOLUTION?

Hi, Somehow I have managed to get an image of Animal from the Muppets on my background and I can not remove it. I have done all the obvious like selecting a different background or even selecting 'none' as a background image. But the animal image overlays every image I select even a 'none' background and I have no idea how to remove it. I have been through all the possible settings but no joy?I have even uninstalled on my Mac, and re installed it and nothing had changed. This has caused me issues today as I was not allowed to join a government backed meeting because I could not remove it? What I want to do is, to export my notes in OneNote to Zoom's Whiteboard and collaborate with the attendees.  It will allow me to both1 use my pre-prepared lecture ones without copy-pasting every element (texts, images, audio clips) one by one into Whiteboard2 because exporting these notes into Whiteboard (not screen sharing) I will be able to collaborate with students on my lecture notes. Meaning students will be able to annotate on my exported OneNote notes.  A) is this possible?B) if no, what is the best, fastest work around to achieve such? I repeat I dont want to share my OneNote or PowerPoint screen. Because this will be a monologue. Students wont be able to put their remarks or markups on my OneNote lecture notes. Or will they be?  I just couldnt figure out how to do it. Plus, I still want to play sound clips of lecture notes. But afais it is not doable in zoom whiteboard. Work around for this too pls. 

I currently have a free account. I recorded a meeting in the cloud, but unfortunately I don't have a cloud capability because my account is not upgraded yet. If I upgrade now, can I still access my recording, even though it was made when I was on a free account? 

I have a blue background that I cannot disable. I've looked at other responses to a similar issue but it hasn't worked. I have uninstalled Zoom and reinstalled it and that doesn't help either. When I look at background settings, it shows NONE as the selection and I cant do anything.

When I try to download my videos from zoom, It will start downloading but then stop and won't download the file. 

I want to be able to set the font size to automatic so that it adjusts with how much is written. Mostly the font size is really small even if I set it to Auto and at times I get it working so that it starts large and changes to smaller when more is written. Any tricks for how to get this to work? It creates a lot of challenges/stress for me when working with groups. Thanks for any advice!/Thomas

HelloI have many webinar sessions set up for a Zoom event. My question is about hosts and who starts the webinar. As an example, I've attached a screenshot of the Speaker section for a webinar.  Do I need to assign one of them as an alternative host?If I don't, who can start the webinar besides me?  CheersEDIT: I am the admin that is created and is producing the webinar

How do you disable speakers from entering the webinar from the backstage? As well as disable them from leaving the webinar into the backstage. 

When a panelist clicks their link to join a session on the Zoom Events platform, is there a way for them to join so that they don't have to login at all? Currently, when our panelists try to join using their special panelist link, it makes them either login to zoom, or login to other accounts such as gmail, facebook, apple, etc. Ideally, they'd be able to join the session just by clicking the link and that would take them directly to backstage.    Thanks!   Mary

Can I export individual page (e.g. 1 page or 2 pages,..) instead of the whole whiteboard?

On some of my Outlook appointment reminders for Zoom meetings, I have a 1-click "Join" option right on the reminder.  On the ones that don't have this Join button, I have to open the appointment and click the link in the body of it.  Is there a way to add the 1-click Join option right on the appointment reminder?

While sharing my screen, I want to share the audio from a video I am playing but I want to mute my mic's audio. How can I do this?

Hi, does anyone know if there is now the capacity for participants to use whiteboards anonymously? I want to create post it notes where people can share their thoughts without their name showing.If there is a way to ensure anonymity this will be very helpful.

My company purchased Yealink MP54 Team model phones instead of the Zoom model.  Is there a way to convert them to be able to be used with Zoom.  All I can see is Yealink VP59 model information. Thanks in advance.
