I want cancel membership. My schedule is the end for counseling zoom service. 

Hi There,  I really need some help on this. I added a colleague as an alternative host on ONE meeting, but it seems he is now the default alt host on EVERY meeting I create and he receives an email notification.  Is there a way to remove him permanently as an alt-host? I have tried removing him from all past meetings, and that does not seem to work.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I am opening a new topic because my previous discussion was closed without resolving the issue.I cancelled my Zoom subscription in February before the next billing date. However, the system still generated an invoice for the next period and continues to send payment requests.To clarify: the charge has not been processed because I stopped using the card connected to my account. However, I cannot use my card normally because the system may attempt to charge it due to this invoice.Before posting in the Community, I already tried to resolve the issue through the Zoom Virtual Agent. Unfortunately, the agent only repeats the same automated responses and does not provide any way to reach a real support representative.I came to the Community because I could not get help through the official support channel. When I log into the desktop client on Windows 10 PC and click on Apps, it comes up saying Loading Zoom Apps with spinning wheel and stays that way.  I have downloaded several game apps that say they have been added, but I can't seem to get to them.  Other family members all use Macs and have no issues.  As the only PC user I need help getting to the games I've supposedly added.  Any and all suggestions are most welcome.  Thank you. 

Hi all,I sit facing a window, but not in direct sunshine.My face appears ridiculously white, and I can’t find any option in Zoom to turn the brightness down a bit. The reason this looks like a Zoom issue is that I also use Teams, and with the exact same background image (or indeed no background image) my face isn’t as white or washed out. It’s still bright but much better in Teams with the same cam. The only setting that looks vaguely related is Adjust for low light. This doesn’t help, unsurprisingly, I need the opposite. In the Windows camera app it is also better than Zoom.Any ideas (other than putting the blinds down)? W10 ProClient 6.6.11Licensed (paid) version

I am very frustrated with Zoom. It is extremely difficult to reach a real person — the support bot just keeps replying with the same messages, which does not solve the problem at all. I cancelled my subscription in February, but I am still receiving an invoice for March. I have clearly tracked my cancellation, yet they are forcing me to pay for an extra month.I do not have money on my card, because if I added funds, they would automatically charge me, even though I cancelled the subscription. Now March has started, and I keep receiving invoices with no way to stop them or speak to a real person. This is extremely inconvenient and unfair for users.Has anyone else faced this issue? What are your suggestions for actually getting Zoom to recognize a cancellation and stop charging?

Why i have been charged by zoom 3 usd, and my plan didnt go through 

Hey there. We're looking to migrate our non profit communications over to Zoom, including porting our toll-free number.  It seems like there's some challenges people have been running into.  So I thought I would try to get some info ahead of migrating. 1. Is the annual Workplace Pro Plus (with Phone) plan is eligible for the non-profit discount? 2. I've applied using Goodstack.  How long does it take for them to approve and send whatever is necessary to activate the 50% off? 3. With the Goodstack approval in place, what is the best way to avoid delays/problems and expedite getting a new non-profit account successfully setup? Thanks!

Even though I enabled HD videos in the settings on my newly purchased Zoom Business product, the highest video resolution I can see is 640x360. Why can't we see 1080p even though we enabled HD?Also, I wanted to send an email about this via Zoom, but I couldn't find it, so I decided to write here. I must say that despite the product I purchased, I did not find the support service satisfactory.

Отменить тарифный план не получается по той же причине - не можем зайти в приложение из-за отключенной учётной записи. С ботом разговаривать нереально, он всё время твердит, что необходимо зайти в учётную запись.Вопрос номер один - как отменить тарифный план в таком случае?Вопрос номер два - насколько реально вернуть деньги за предыдущие месяцы?

I saw it mentioned that "users can't access simulive from a mobile browser"I haven't not made the investment into the package to test this, but does this translate to mean that:If I send an email out to 300 registered attendees for a simulive webinar, and 80% of them click on the link on a mobile device, they will not be able to access the webinar? Or will their mobile device redirect them to download the Zoom app - and if they have the zoom app installed on android or iPhone, it'll open in that. Curious because normal webinars do that, it seems so odd Simulive wouldn't function the same way.Maybe I misunderstood what the comment of not working on mobile means.

Hello, I just installed Translation Caption Add-On to my working account.  I am trying to translate from German to English on once side and in the other from English to German... Unfortunately, I feel this Add-On is still not well developed due to being such a new setting, and it only works on one side. I feel that the translation is happening alone on each computer and not in the Zoom meeting for both persons... Has anyone have experience with this Add-On and can help me find the best settings for my Zoom-Meetings? Most appreciated,CG

I am on Zoom 6.1.11 with Pro subscription on MacOS Sequoia 15.0. I am having the following issue: I host the meeting on my laptop, and I want to screenshare the entire screen on my iPad (using the screen mirroring between the laptop/iPad). When I do this, I cannot see the little video of the other participant.  I am doing this in the context of teaching, where I want to face the video camera straight on sometimes, and sometimes write things on the iPad. But, not being able to see the video of the student is very detrimental. I'd prefer not to just do Zoom on the iPad and just share the screen there, since the angle of the video is unnatural. I don't remember this being an issue when I was working somewhere where we had one of the enterprise level accounts for free, is this why the screen mirroring is wonky now?

What’s the best way to do this so everyone can easily access them later?For example, I was thinking about sharing a simple resource page (something like a small guide or tool page) along with the meeting notes. Do you usually put links in the chat, email them later, or use another method?Would love to hear what works best for you all.

I would like to report an issue regarding my recent subscription renewal and user plan change.Since 27/2/26, I notice that my plan needed renewal. However, the credit card registered on the account had already expired, so I needed to update the payment method. At the same time, my company planned to reduce the number of users from 2 to 1.Since 2/3/2026, I tried several times to downgrade the number of users before renewing the plan, but the system would not allow me to click or make any changes. I also checked the steps provided by ChatGPT support, but the options they mentioned were not available in my account interface.Because my subscription had already expired last month and I had an upcoming meeting that required more than one hour of usage, I had no choice but to proceed with the payment first. I updated my credit card details and the system immediately charged my bank card. However, there was no payment confirmation pop-up and I did not receive any OTP verification from my bank

My participants can´t join the meeting. It says "waiting for host to start the meeting". I have started it. What am I doing wrong?

At some point my Zoom started recording my video meetings automatically every time I start it up.  I went into the settings and the "switch" for automatic recording was already switched off.  How can I stop it?  I tried switching it on and off again...Thanks

As a Pro user, we have two licenses—one assigned to the Owner and one to the Admin.In that case, is it possible to host and run two meetings at the same time, one created by the Owner and the other created by the Admin?

Zoom looks like a scam now!!! I canceled my subscription last month, but the money was still charged. I haven't used it a single day! Today there was another attempt to charge me for a subscription that I don't use and was sure I canceled it. I can't do it myself. I write to support, your useless bot answers me and sends me to instructions that I can't follow. And also replies that there are no refunds and this is provided for by the policy. That is, I can't cancel the subscription and there is no refund. I insist on dealing with this immediately.
