We are using Zoom Meetings for a small training. The two trainers received calendar invites that were dated a month earlier than the event. I’ve double checked all dates on the setup and it all is for the correct date in March. The invite I received as one of the trainers is correct. My two trainers each received a calendar invite for the wrong date (instead of march it is for february). Is this a glitch in my zoom account or in my internal email/calendar at work? Also - now that they have removed the incorrect invite, I’d like to send a new invite to them. How can I do that?

I had a zoom meeting with a teaching assistant, which he ask me to log in by using his email address and password only. however the zoom login only except account number or title name, which I could not login. Hello, I was receiving therapy sessions via Zoom. However, last time, even though I connected, the meeting host didn't receive a notification that I joined, and they requested payment, even though I hadn't logged in. This happened during a meeting that started at 12:00 PM on February 6th, 2026. I joined at 12:12 PM, and the meeting ended at 12:25 PM. I need proof that I attended the meeting. If necessary, I can share the meeting link, time, and details. I await your assistance.

We are hosting a zoom event and want to be able to control the zoom production studio from backstage without joining the webinar ourselves. How can we do this?  We are finding we have to start the webinar to set up production studio first which eliminates the waiting room.  Help please!

We are piloting Zoom Phone for our business. One small issue is how the iPhone handles incoming calls with third party apps. Ideally, I'd see information re: the caller ID and which line the incoming call is coming in for. This is the experience when the phone is unlocked and the Zoom app is active. However, since that's almost never the case, is there a way to get that information on a locked iPhone's screen when the call is coming in? Thanks.

As other member have reported, I consistently have a "your network connection is unstable" while using zoom if I turn the camera on which causes voice to break and come choppy - I have checked my internet speed and it's lighting fast (169 mbs on fiber over wifi)- I have even downgraded my camera to preserve bandwidth (did not work)- I only experience this issue with Zoom... use Teams, Google meet, and other apps without issues all the time- I have uninstalled and re-installed zoom to the latest version (same result)- I have resent routers and fiber modem...- I work from home and I am the only person using any bandwidth Does any one have any suggestions? Zoom cannot access my iMac Contact list. How to fixI am a subscriber to Zoom.Until recently, using my iMac I have been able to set up meetings whenever required. A few weeks ago this changed, and now Zoom cannot access my Contact list, so I cannot invite any of my friends or colleagues to join my meetings.I am therefore paying for something I cannot use. Has Zoom made a policy change to stop Apple users having access? How can I resolve this situation? Thanks, Chris from Bowral N.S.W.

The controls for managing the Live Transcript function have changed from last month.  It no longer seems possible to turn the Live Transcript off and back on during the meeting. Am I missing something here or is this no longer possible? I've started a meeting via the Windows desktop app and via FIrefox browser; appears to be the same case in both instances. Thanks,TrackerDave

I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction regarding an automatic renewal charge of KRW 266,136 made to my account on March 11, 2026.I received no prior notification or warning that this annual subscription was about to renew.Taking a significant amount of money from a customer's account without any advance notice is completely unacceptable. As a consumer, I cannot tolerate being charged for a service I no longer use and never intended to renew.

Hi, I'm trying to use Camo Studio with Zoom, but "Reincubate Camo" isn't appearing as a camera option in the video settings. The camera is working Fine in Camo Studio. I've tried restarting both apps, updating Zoom, and reinstalling Camo Studio, but nothing seems to work. My device is connected, and Camo Studio is running on my computer. Has anyone else encountered this issue or have any suggestions for getting it to work? Thanks in advance for your help!

Hello,  During our breakout rooms, the audio is leaking from one breakout into another breakout. Each individual is remote and not located in the same physical space. The audio is slightly decreased but is overtaking the breakout rooms discussions. Is anyone else having this issue or heard of something like this?

I am using a 2022 Mac Studio with an Apple M1 Max chip. Running Sequoia 15.4.1. I'm hard wired to a 1300Mbps internet connection. Using Zoom Version 6.4.6. Every few minutes the video freezes for 3-5 seconds, then catches up again. It only happens in Zoom, never in MS Teams or FaceTime. I have uninstalled and re-installed Zoom and even purchased a new 4k camera to see if that helps. Still the same freezing issue. Has anyone found a solution?

Hi there, is there a way to see during or after a Zoom Meeting how many of the meeting participants chose to make use of the language interpretation feature? This would be very helpful in order to know if this service is actually beeing used by the meeting participants or not. Thanks for your help!

I am a coach and lead my masterclasses live in fb groups. Since facebook now deletes lives after 30 days, I see some coaches leading classes on zoom and live stream into facebook group. But I can’t seem to figure out how to do that. Only option I see is live streaming into facebook profile, and Live on Custom Live Streaming Service option isn’t loading
