I'm relatively new to Zoom and therefore might have missed something but if I invite somebody to a meeting via the persons email address they don't receive an email with the invitation. Is there something I need to configure / enable? I tried via Android App and via Webbrowser. Steps to reproduce:1. In Webbrowser (Firefox) login to zoom.us and navigate to "Meetings" - "Schedule a Meeting"2. Add *********** in "Invitees"3. Click "Save"4. *********** never receives an invite (even after hours or days)I have tried various email addresses (incl. gmail and the likes but no success)

I consider myself experienced with Zoom ... I use it DAILY and usually use MMHMM camera with it... well now I can't get rid of this virtual background to save my life. I have recorded a video showing that there is NO virtual background selected.. I really really need help because I am struggling teaching with it because I can no longer use mmhmm... help!  There's some debate as to who's responsible for this fiasco. Zoom blames Apple, but an article I linked to below says that Zoom integrated the "feature." Regardless, I resent this defective "feature" being forced on people by default. Now, every week, I only see ONE of my parents on screen because of this monumentally inept design. It's not just that this feature is mind-bogglingly defective, but that it should never have been activated without user approval. Apple, like any developer, needs to think about users when making design decisions. If you roll out a "feature" and enable it by default, a large number of users will be stuck with it permanently. I am 2500 miles away from my parents, who use Zoom on an iPhone. They do not know what obscure control on that tiny screen will provide access to buried settings like this auto-zooming, and in the limited time we have for our conversations I don't want to spend half of it trying to blindly help my mom hunt through them...

Hello,I have a question regarding the limitations of concurrent meetings when using Alternative Hosts within the same account (organization).Our Current Setup: Scheduler: One dedicated "Admin" account (Licensed User). Meetings: Multiple online training sessions scheduled at the same time. Hosts: Each session is assigned a different instructor (each is a Licensed User in the same organization) as an "Alternative Host." My Question:With the setup above, is it possible for these instructors to start and run their respective meetings simultaneously?Since the "Admin" account is the original host (owner) for all these sessions, I am concerned about the Zoom limitation that prevents a single user from hosting multiple meetings at the same time. Does this limitation still apply even if different Alternative Hosts are the ones actually starting and conducting the meetings?I would appreciate any insights or official documentation on this. Hello! Could you please tell me why the recording quality is 360? The MacOS system version is higher than 13 and the quality in Zoom app video settings is set to HD. I also have PRO account.    

When I add someone as an alternative host to a webinar, they show up as a dash/hyphen instead of their actual name. They have updated their profile but it doesn’t update in the webinar under Special roles. Where can we edit this?

Hi everyone,I am writing this to get some help regarding an accidental annual subscription renewal.On March 16, 2026, my Zoom subscription was automatically renewed for a full year without any prior notification that I noticed. I immediately reached out to Support (Case #BIL2472042), but I was told that a refund is not possible due to the "non-refundable" policy.I have NOT used any Pro features since the renewal, and I have already cancelled the subscription to prevent future billing. This annual charge is a huge financial burden for me, and I simply cannot afford it right now.I've seen other users getting a "one-time exception" for similar accidental renewals. Could any Community Manager or someone from the Billing team please look into this case again?Thank you so much for your help.

We are using Zoom Meetings for a small training. The two trainers received calendar invites that were dated a month earlier than the event. I’ve double checked all dates on the setup and it all is for the correct date in March. The invite I received as one of the trainers is correct. My two trainers each received a calendar invite for the wrong date (instead of march it is for february). Is this a glitch in my zoom account or in my internal email/calendar at work? Also - now that they have removed the incorrect invite, I’d like to send a new invite to them. How can I do that? 

I had a zoom meeting with a teaching assistant, which he ask me to log in by using his email address and password only. however the zoom login only except account number or title name, which I could not login. I ignorant to zoom and need better understanding on all the aspects of using zoom, can someone help me understand the process better thanks. 

Hello, I was receiving therapy sessions via Zoom. However, last time, even though I connected, the meeting host didn't receive a notification that I joined, and they requested payment, even though I hadn't logged in. This happened during a meeting that started at 12:00 PM on February 6th, 2026. I joined at 12:12 PM, and the meeting ended at 12:25 PM. I need proof that I attended the meeting. If necessary, I can share the meeting link, time, and details. I await your assistance.

Zoom was working fine and suddenly next day when I started my meeting I can't hear any sounds.  I did test sounds and is not working.  I have installed zoom again and is same.  Plse help I am using laptop.
