I am writing to request a cancellation and full refund for the following purchase:

• App: Zoom Workplace Pro (Annual)

• Order ID: MQKXS1J9B7

• Order Date: 28 Jul 2026

• Amount: $149.99

This was intended to be a trial, and I did not mean to purchase a full annual subscription. The charge occurred today, and I have not used the service since the renewal. I would like to cancel this subscription immediately and receive a full refund of $149.99.
