When I set up Zoom for my company I originally had Advanced Encryption turned on. After discovering that content was still encrypted with this setting turned off, and the downsides outweighed the upsides (for us), I turned it off. However, it is still not possible to edit chats in channels created before I turned the setting off. Some of these chats are the busiest and most important ones, so this limitation is a bit annoying. Is there any way to fix this?
Since I quit Zoom between meetings, every time I join a new meeting via clicking on a Zoom link in my calendar, this window pops up:I do not use this window. I do not want this window to appear simply because I joined a meeting. I close this window every single time it opens. Is there anything I can do to prevent this window from opening every time I join a meeting?
What is the logic behind the meeting ID or Meeting Inviter being displayed on a ZRC that has an O365 calendar integration? Sometimes it shows as a Meeting inviter, and sometimes as the title. I would be good to understand this logic, as enabling meeting ID as the primary UX is preferred. thanks
Currently a client asked for a way to integarte Zoom meetings/webinars into learndash (wordpress), I followed documentation and videos of the process https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G8VXPw6qBPE, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G8VXPw6qBPE, both focused in the plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/video-conferencing-with-zoom-api/, I have really never created a zoom app, until this requirement, for the ability to create meetings from the site is necessary the SDK app credentials, but after following the tutorial, it shows a warning “Please check your internet connection or API keys. Zoom API is not able to connect with Zoom servers at the moment.” for a live website, currently unsure in which way I missed a step in the app, or if something in my account that limits (free account), or if there something else that could be blocking the connection or a way to test that the process is successful or not, any tips would be appreciated.Until the process of trying to create a meeting that the ho

I know that in Zoom Settings, mic input can be set to mute when joining meetings.In Zoom Settings, there is also a setting: Audio > Microphone where the Input volume can either be set to be 'Automatically adjust(ed)…', or not automatically adjusted, and manually set to any level from 0 to maximum.Being able to set the mic input level manually makes sense in certain circumstances, but when it is set to 0 (muted), during a meeting, I can unmute the mic input in the meeting interface, and I am heard in the meeting.What is happening technically when I have the mic input set to 0 in settings, and unmute the mic in the interface? My hunch is the mic level is changed to automatic level control automatically; if it is passing audio, it is no longer set to 0 (mute). On the flip side, if the mic input level is *manually* set to something greater than 0, but muted in the interface, I suspect that when the mic is unmuted in the interface, it adopts the manually set level; it is clear it is no l

I've looked at phone numbers in number management, users, auto-receptionists, etc. and I can't find this extension anywhere. Where can I view a list of all our extensions in one place? Thanks

Got this message from a user this afternoon. He's a VP and was extremely unhappy that his Teams meeting was being overheard by a caller. "I was on a Teams Call and a call came into ADS and the call was transferred to me. I didn’t even know it; my phone never Rang! So I didn’t accept or Decline!! Very Strange. Alan has already looked at my Zoom settings and is asking Zoom for help…" Any thoughts? My executive team is freaking out
Hi Everyone, Posting here to see if anyone is running into the same issues. I recently implemented Zoom Phone to replace Gong’s native dialer “Gong Connect”. There are many reasons we decided to go with Zoom Phone but in general it was because it was labeled as the only “plug and play” integration with Gong and its calling configurations/ capabilities are much more powerful than Gong’s native dialer. The issue I am running into is when Zoom Phone is turned on in Gong Engage and a call is made, there is field for reps to add call notes. This seems like a core feature for any calling platform. Has anyone run into the same issues? If so, how did you solve for it?Any feedback is welcome! Thanks.
I had a reoccuring meeting set up with a specific Meeting ID. The time frame ended and now I'm looking to set up more reoccuring meetings with the same specific meeting id. I tried setting up reoccuring meetings, but they seem to issue me a new meeeting id. How can i use my orginal meeting id?
I have been using Zoom for almost four years and have been an administrator for nearly 3 of those. I am always learning new things though. Now, I cannot view downloaded recently recorded meeting with QuickTime. Has there been a change and, if so, what CAN be used to view downloaded recordings on a Mac? The response I get is that the recording is not compatible with QuickTime.

Hi,I am sure this has been asked before but could find any direct answer.Why Zoom meetings do not sync to the desktop app?If I schedule a meeting in the browser then it syncs to my mobile app but not to the desktop appIf I schedule a meeting in the desktop app then it doesn't get synced to either mobile app or browser. Hi Zoom Community,I'm trying to set up a PayPal Sandbox account for testing paid tickets in Zoom Events (not production). I've followed the general PayPal linking guide in Zoom Events settings, but I'm running into issues. I was able to create a sandbox account in paypal.The sandbox also auto-creates a personal and business account. But trying to connect the business account to zoom events portal always gives me an error (as shown in the image attached)Has anyone successfully connected a PayPal Sandbox (not live) account to their Zoom Events hub? My Zoom app keeps crashing for no reason (I don't know why). I've tried all the solutions on the internet (reinstalling, reboot, cleanup chaches, update, etc) but all of them don't take any effect, still "not responding". I even don't get any error code or troubleshoot so the crashed app doesn't let me know what is the problem. I'm very upset.I hope someone can kindly help me because I have many schedules on it so I really really need this to be solved. After no problems or issues for years...my profile photo is suddenly NOT showing up in Zoom meetings. Why?
When I record while screen sharing with ZOOM, the speaker image is fixed to the upper right corner; Does ZOOM have an option to change the speaker image to record somewhere other than the upper right corner, say the lower right or lower left? I can do that on my PC, but others often tell me they can't do it on their PCs. I do not know what is causing this.
