Zoom Phone/ Gong Engage Integration
Hi Everyone,
Posting here to see if anyone is running into the same issues. I recently implemented Zoom Phone to replace Gong’s native dialer “Gong Connect”. There are many reasons we decided to go with Zoom Phone but in general it was because it was labeled as the only “plug and play” integration with Gong and its calling configurations/ capabilities are much more powerful than Gong’s native dialer.
The issue I am running into is when Zoom Phone is turned on in Gong Engage and a call is made, there is field for reps to add call notes. This seems like a core feature for any calling platform.
Has anyone run into the same issues? If so, how did you solve for it?
