What is the logic behind is a meeting ID or Meeting Inviter it displayed on a ZRC that is has an O365 calendar integration?

What is the logic behind the meeting ID or Meeting Inviter being displayed on a ZRC that has an O365 calendar integration?  Sometimes it shows as a Meeting inviter, and sometimes as the title. I would be good to understand this logic, as enabling meeting ID as the primary UX is preferred.
