Where can I view a list of all extensions in my company account?

Thank you for dropping this inquiry here at the Community Page! You're looking at the right places (Number Management > Phone Numbers and/or Phone System Management > Users & Rooms). I wonder if you have the specific column hidden. Kindly check the gear icon a little to the top right of the columns and make sure the checkboxes are checked for visibility.

We have many non-DID 4-digit extensions assigned to student workers, etc., and would like a report showing all assigned extensions across the entire system, regardless of whether they have a DID assigned.  This would include users, common areas, groups, queues, etc.    I have tried various reports and filters, but can't find all of the numbers in one report.  Is there such a report?

If you have Users that are not tied to a physical phone, then this solution will not work for you.  However, if your Users are assigned physical devices, then you can go to Phone System Management, Phones and Devices.  At the top, next to the Add button, is an option to Export to CSV.  This will export ALL phones and devices in your Organization.  If you want to select a specific Site, you can do that.  If you do not, you get everything.  Now, this list combines the User and the extension into one cell, but you can have Excel break that up for you.
