Hi, I had the following problem: I wanted to make a meeting, I could start it. But I could not see the participants to let them in. I had to make the meeting for an organisation and the woman there called me and said, that the participants cannot enter the room, me, the host, should open the wating room- But I could not see anybody! It was not my first zoom meeting and I did,what I did in the last meetings, I don‘t know what I should have done! Do you have an idea?
Hi, I just installed Zoom a couple of weeks ago. As an FYI, any time we install a program like this, we disable "start with windows" - which I did in this case. Since then, any time I open firefox browser (we usually use Chrome), the Zoom app opens up! Searching Google, I saw many references to "you have zoom set to launch with windows". I don't see how that would effect launching Firefox. When I open Chrome, Zoom doesn't launch.However, of course I went into the app and confirmed "start with windows" is not checked. I wonder if any of the experts on here might have a suggestion? Thanks
Hi,I have an issue with the Mic and Speaker. They suddenly stop working after 4-5 minutes into the call. Neither I hear the voice nor the other party hears me. It is causing me a lot of issues. I have to leave the meeting and join back. My device is iPad 8th Gen Wifi only. Facetime and other calls work fine. I see this issue only with zoom meetings.I just re-installed the Zoom app from the AppStore and it is on the latest version. Let me know if I am missing any settings or if possible I can provide logs but need to know the way to collect them. Any help to fix this issue is greatly appreciated. Thanks,Naresh
I have tested this in two different zoom events from two separate accounts. When requiring registration for things like job title and organization (and also custom questions) the report exports with thee fields listed at N/A. This information is super important to my organization and after having registered over 200 people for our most recent event, to not be able to have this info is a huge loss. We tried this on a Zoom session with a single event with email registration and in a different account with a Zoom Event with email registration options. Both had the required check boxes turned on for Job title and Organization. Any other solutions?
Is it possible to stop recieving emails daily about "Request to enable AI Companion?" The AI settings have already been turned off for all users and will not be re-enabled. Unfortuntely I still get emailled daily about this and cannot see a way to block these specifically as the sender is *********** which I still require to recieve emails from as an administrator. Other administrators are also recieving daily emails.
I work with a team of teachers who use Zoom to deliver services and lessons to students. We would LOVE to see a feature where you can mute individuals in the chat (take chat away only for a few participants while allowing others to continue as usual) as well as allowing us to take mic rights away from only specific students! Right now 1 kid can ruin it for the entire group because it is an all or nothing situation, either they all have the ability or no one does. We would love to connect with the development team at Zoom and get a couple of new features so that we can utilize Zoom better for our classrooms and students! Has anyone had any luck contacting Zoom about something like this and it actually happening? Our program pays big bucks to use Zoom, it would be nice if we could get such simple features for it!
I have a 5 gig storage plan for zoom cloud recordings but I get a warning email when I get to 1 gig?!? Any ideas what’s wrong?

How can I control camera brightness? Are there better quality cameras that have brightness and zoom-in controls? I constantly have over brightness problems.
Enabled Dial by Name, added it as an IVR option, and uploaded a new greeting to reflect the added option. Everything is working as anticipated except that the Dial by Name option auto presents after the greeting. Is there a way to turn this off to prevent the behavior?Thanks.

I CAN ACCES MY LIST OF REGISTRED ASSISTANCE, AND IT LOOKS OK. EVERY PERSONALIZE QUESTION HAS THE RIGHT INFO ON IT. BUT WHEN I GENERATE REPORT FOR THIS LIST, IT MISSES INFO OF THE PERSONALIZE QUESTIONS (AS IT IF WAS NOT SYNCRONIZED). AGAIN: WHEN I EDIT THE LIST, ON BY ONE, THE INFO LOOKS OK, BUT THERE IS NO WAY I CAN GENERATE IT COMPLETE. THIS HAPPEND AFTER I DID A CHANGE ON THE TEXT OF TWO QUESTIONS, AND ALSO CHANGED ONE FROM MULTIPLE ANSWERS TO ONLY ONE ANSWER. DOES ANYONE HAVE AN IDEA ON HOW TO EXTRACT ALL THE INFO THAT I SEE FROM EACH ASSITANT OTHER THAN CVS REPORT?

Just had a class zoom bombed. The same user was removed several times and reported and he was able to keep re-joining the class. Why is a user who was reported during a meeting allowed to re-enter the same meeting? Is there a quicker way to remove and block a zoom bomber than reporting? The admin spends the entire time monitoring the zoom meeting to remove people instead of running the class.

I have a usage case that doesn't seem well-handled by the options available for Zoom.I host monthly club meetings where the participants may optionally sign up for credit for having attended a given session. Receiving credit isn't mandatory, and some participants aren't interested in it.In order for me to grant credit, I need to collect the user's ID (typically an email address) used on another site (in this case, it's faasafety.gov, but it doesn't matter). I need to do that for each meeting a user attends, per the rules set by the agency that runs that site.I don't want this question to mandatory, so I don't think I want to use the meeting "registration" function. Hello community, We are trying to organize a hybrid event (physical and online) using Zoom webinars. Our idea is to have a general session for everyone and then divide the groups into 2 different breakout rooms.My questions are:- I currently do not have the rights to add breakout rooms in webinar format. If i create a webinar now (without the rights) and then get the rights to add Breakouts, will I be able to modify the webinar already created? So as to keep the same ID.- Can we record the breakout sessions as they occur?- Can attendees choose their desired session on the spot?- When the attendees arrive in the breakout sessions, can we already have a host in the session before launching it? Zoom continues to change my meeting time to 1-2 hours earlier. I am trying to create a meeting for 2 pm USA Central Time. I have ensured numerous times that I am indicating Central Time when creating the meeting AND that my computer (which I've worked for over 3 months on in Central Time) is indeed in Central Time. After I save the meeting, it changes it to 1pm or 12pm. This last time, when I wasn't even in Edit mode, it adjusted the meeting another hour in front of my face! I need this to be correct as it is for a public event. I have taken screenshots to show the issue. Where can I attach these?
Hi,I am new to Zoom. I would greatly appreciate your help and advice as to the best plan for the following requirements:- I intend to ask a tutor to teach a group of up to 12 students on Zoom.- Each lesson lasts about one hour.- The assignment consists of 12 hours, one hour a day, spread over 3 weeks.- There will be up to 5 tutors, each teaching a separate group (details as above)- Both tutors and students are on Zoom Basic.- Tutors will need Screen Sharing, Breakout Rooms, Team Chat and Whiteboarding- I will upgrade to Zoom PRO. Questions:1. Am I right in assuming that I need to buy a PRO license for each tutor?2. What about participants (students), do they need to have Zoom PRO each as well?3- Tutors will also need to speak with students, even in their "Breakout Rooms". Is that possible?4. When a tutor completes his/her assignment after 3 weeks, and they are not available for a while, can I cancel their license, and request it again if and when needed? Thank you in advance!
