    Hi @Michael Fraidenburg,

Thank you for joining Zoom community!

You can usually stop unwanted Zoom marketing emails by using the unsubscribe or preference link in the email itself.

    Try this:

    1. Open one of the unwanted Zoom emails.
    2. Scroll to the bottom of the message.
    3. Look for UnsubscribeManage preferences, or a similar link.
    4. Follow the prompts to opt out of marketing emails.

If you previously unsubscribed and later need to receive Zoom webinar or event emails again, you can resubscribe here: Resubscribe.

For the “cart” reminder specifically, also check whether the email footer has a separate marketing unsubscribe or preference option, since cart-reminder messages may be managed separately from webinar/event registration emails.

Please feel free to reach out anytime if you have any other Zoom related queries. Have a great day!

You should be able to manage most Zoom marketing emails through your account's communication preferences.

    Try the following:

    1. Sign in to your Zoom account in a web browser.

    2. Go to your Profile or Account settings page.

    3. Look for sections named Email Notifications, Communication Preferences, or Marketing Preferences.

    4. Uncheck any options related to promotional emails, product updates, offers, or marketing communications.

Another option is to open one of the unwanted emails and scroll to the bottom. Most marketing emails include an Unsubscribe or Manage Preferences link that lets you opt out of future messages.

If the emails are specifically about an item supposedly left in your cart, it may be worth checking whether there is actually a pending purchase or trial associated with your account. If not, it could be a bug in Zoom's marketing system.

It's surprising that Support couldn't point you to the preference settings. If anyone has recently found the exact location in the current Zoom account interface, I'd appreciate an update as well.
