As host, I start an attendance poll before others join. When participants join, they are presented with the poll. This works for most devices. However on some iPads and iPhones, they see a small message that says "The host has started a poll" which stays on their screen for about 2 seconds. They do not see the poll.I have thoroughly tested using the latest updates.Has anyone experienced this?Is there a setting that needs to be changed on the participants device? 

Hello I’m reaching out regarding a technical issue we encountered during a recent webinar hosted by our company, and I’m hoping to get some assistance in resolving it for future sessions.Here’s a summary of the issue:Whenever our executive, who served as the webinar host, unmuted themselves to speak, participants experienced significant feedback and echo.This occurred even though all participants were muted during the session.The webinar host did not personally experience any feedback or echo on their end while speaking.The host was using a laptop with built-in speakers and a built-in microphone in a private office environment.Given that participants were muted, we’re unsure what might have caused the feedback. Our organization uses ZRA to record and analyze telehealth sessions. In order to record a session we require consent from the caregiver. I have found the option in ZRA to automatically record scheduled meetings for those with a ZRA license. It would be helpful if that could be more granular. If when creating a meetings or series of meetings there was an option to automatically record using ZRA that the host could set that would be beneficial as we only have consent for about 50% of our clients. I know there is the option to automatically record the meeting to the cloud, but the ZRA recorder is different and using the automatic record to the cloud option when creating a meeting does not provide the conversation scorecard.

HelloI'm trying to work out how, as host, I can enable people in the meeting to send private chat messages between themselves. I've clicked the drop down menu in chat but the option doesn't seem to be there. Do I need to pay monthly to aces this feature?Tia! 🙂

I got a new computer and now it WILL NOT let me get zoom team chat back! I tried everything, what do I need to do?

Planing of New Meeting in ZHoom-App (on Notebook) is not possibleDiscription: I open Zoom-App, everything looks as ever. But when I nlick the  the planing button, an empty white Pop-up windows (were I normally can put in all the necessary details) opens. It even is not possible to close that pop-up and I have to open task manager to close the zoom-app.Everything else on the computer works as ever. No problems with internet connection, no problems with any programm or system functions.I never had such a problem before.What I tried: I used the uninstall program (the uninstaller gave no feedback, just disappeared. I checked: the program wasn’t there anymore), installed the App anew - same problem., checked event viewer but didn’t find anything that could be relevant.Then I tried to click the Meeting button (in the Zoom-App) after I planned the Meeting in the Web-App, got an error code that I sent with the relevant button. I am not able to open full MS Word file in Zoom App . Only first page is dispalyed while uploading the file so what can be the reason for this ?

I am new to Zoom Tasks.  I would like to filter out all tasks except those due this week or are overdue.  When I double up the fiilter selection, all tasks disappear.  This occurs both in the app and the web version.  I'm assuming this is a bug and not a user error. 

I sent a shared video of a Zoom meeting by my manager. She is requesting that I trim the opening few minutes to the meeting. Can this be done with a shared video and if so, how?Thanks!

As a participant in a Zoom  Meeting, the name that displays for me is my email address. I want to instead show my name. For example, suppose my email address is Zoomer@gmail.com, but my legal name is Joe Smith. It now  shows  “Zoomer@gmail.com”.  Instead, I want other participants to see “Joe Smith” as my name.

@608130 , it’s crucial to implement this feature promptly. I host daily meetings with 500 participants in large auditoriums, and the inability to adjust the font size of participants names is a major hindrance. As a result, we’re seriously considering switching to other platforms solely because of this limitation.

Hi, this is the first time I’ve had a downloading issue with Zoom for my recordings. I have a 9 minute long recording that still hasn’t downloaded after 30-40 minutes. Typically never have anything take this long. Is it something wrong with the file or am I just impatient.  Thanks

Currently, Zoom saves local recordings with folder names that tell us what the meeting name was and what date and time the recording was done. But these settings are not translated into file names. The file names seem more random. We have to move the recording around, e.g., upload it to Vimeo to be shared in other places, so we have to manually name the files by copying and pasting the folder name into the filename. This wastes time and creates the possibility of user error. Is there a way to get to set proper filenames using the meeting names and times? Shouldn't Zoom be doing this by default? 

Hi I joined a meeting as a guest (not logged in) and started recording the meeting to my PC after requesting permission.At the end of the call, I could not locate the recording at all. It’s not in the usual places like Documents>Zoom etc.I’ve read that if the host ends the call too quickly at the end, this could impact the recording downloading to the guests PC. Is this likely what’s happened here?

I have the free 40-minute version of Zoom.Does one need to set up specifically for recordings to be stored on one’s computer ? Where?I tried a few meeting test runs and afterwards can’t locate them anywhere on my computer (I don’t want the cloud storage, just my own laptop).Does anyone know how to store meeting recordings on one’s computer?

I’m trying to purchase a Zoom Phone number, but the checkout fails every time with the following message: “An error has occurred, and we are unable to complete your purchase… (Error code: 5613).”I have double-checked all billing details (address and company information) and card information (Visa card number, expiration date, and CVV). I also re-entered the details multiple times, but the issue persists.Could you please help me resolve this error and confirm whether there is any payment verification requirement or risk-related block on my account?

I am the owner of a Pro account since 2023. I had no need to use break-out rooms before. Now that my work requires break-out rooms I cannot find that feature. I’ve tried on my laptop and phone to no avail. I have email support, read articles, chatbot but no success. I have followed all the steps given by chatbot and the article that is: login into my account, go to the left had panel; click account management, click advance, click meetings there no such feature as break-out room under meeting to enable. what could be the problem?

Hello I have an environment with new Audiocodes 445HD deskphones connected to Zoom. Everything is working fine except, when someone presses digits while in a call the digits (touch tones) are not heard/understood on the other end of the phone. So if dialing *86 to get your voicemail you may be asked for your PIN. You press the buttons for your PIN, but the signal is not heard by the voicemail system to access it. If a user dials a bank IVR system, again the touch tones when pressed are not heard. If I dial my cell from the deskphone (while not going through my firewall), I cannot hear the touchtones being pressed on my cell phone end of the call. I have ruled out my Sonicwall as the problem because this model of 445HD has wifi to which I connected it to a mobile hotspot, outside of the firewall. I have been researching this like crazy and cannot figure out what the problem could be.

My profilephoto is installed, shown in zoomsession via website, but not via zoomsession app

I find it very distracting when the camera tracks my face in a meeting and the image of me in the frame appears to move along with my movement.  Is this a Zoom problem or an Apple issue (I am running Mac OS Tahoe)?  Is there something I can do to keep the screen static?  Thanks for your help.
