I run a registered charity globally and I have a zoom licence, however we are growing and having drop ins around the country, could I have more than one user (i.e I have 5 or so employees) could I get them to schedule zoom meeting throughout the week in other locations at different times? For example Ben in London might benefit from a Zoom drop in on a Thursday evening…..

Yes, just go to your Plans and Billing with the main admin account and change the number you want.
You will then need to apply them to each user, who will each need an email address to attach the login and licence to
