Help

I only use Zoom for a yoga class. Recently bought a new iPad and now when I log in my picture only shows head and shoulders no matter how far away I sit. My yoga teacher needs to see all of me. I’m sure it’s something simple but am not techy and am 74 years old. Any help would be much appreciated.

    Hi @Lijj,

Thank you for joining the community! We’re glad to have you here! On your new iPad, Zoom is likely set to a video “fit” option that crops (zooms) your camera image.

Try this in the Zoom iPad app:

    1. Open Zoom and join (or start) a meeting.
    2. Tap the screen once so the controls appear.
    3. Tap the three dots (…) More.
    4. Go to Meeting Settings (or Settings).
    5. Look for video display options like:
      • Aspect ratio
      • Scale to fit
    6. Change Scale to fit (turn it off if it’s on), and/or switch the Aspect ratio option, then check your self-view again.

You can also check out this link for more information. I hope this helps!
