Random audio cut outs during Zoom calls

I've been having a really frustrating issue with Zoom lately where my audio cuts out for a few seconds randomly during calls. It happens maybe 2-3 times per call and my internet connection is completely stable during these drops. I have tried this by changing the internet as well but the issue remain same.

I've already tried switching between my laptop's built-in mic and an external USB mic but the issue happens with both. My Zoom app is fully updated too.

Has anyone experienced this and found a fix? It's becoming really embarrassing during work calls!
