Plantronic headset
I’m encountering an issue with Zoom and my Plantronics Bluetooth headset for audio and microphone use. The headset works perfectly with other applications like Google Meet, You Tube, etc so I believe the device itself is functioning properly.
Here’s what I’ve tried so far:
Reviewed and followed all relevant Zoom support articles
Checked audio settings within Zoom and selected the correct input/output device
Verified that the headset is connected and set as the default in the system audio settings
Uninstalled, Installed, Restarted Zoom and my computer
- I show the green bars when conducting the testing but I cannot hear the sound or recording
- System: Window 11
- PC: Lenovo Thinkpad
Despite this, Zoom does not play or capture audio through the headset.
Do you have any additional troubleshooting steps or suggestions? Any support would be greatly appreciated.
