I would like to manage the apps created in my account and I'm able to see the details in the dashboard https://marketplace.zoom.us/user/apps-dashboard?tab=1I'm interested in some of the information I get here like app owners, activity logs and API call logs.Is there a way to get some of these info through API? I tried https://developers.zoom.us/docs/api/marketplace/#tag/app but it doesn't provide the info 

1. I can show my camera & other people can see it2. my problem is - the video images of [other people (who turned on their camera)] don't show (on my MacBook Air 2022 with M2 chip)3. my zoom version needs update, yes, but the problem has been for last 6 months4. I cannot use zoom chatbot, it doesn't provide any help for my problem and keeps saying I am not signed in to chat with agent while I was5. Suggested article concerns when you cannot turn on your camera, which is not the problem hereAnyhelp is appreciated. It's so frustrated not able to see other people's face. Hello, I have a zoom phone number and I am hiring an admin in South Africa.  I am based in the U.S.  I want the admin to be able to make calls from South Africa but to numbers in the U.S.  Is this possible?  I would ideally like her to log in and use my current zoom number. Thanks.

I've just updated the app to the newest version, and the events tab is now limited to a single day, with "past" and "recordings" tabs removed from the top, and calendar events no longer have a "join" button, but have a > that requires you to click in to the event before you can join, wasting time. Is there any way to revert this change???

Why can't zoom offer a plan that is more affordable with just a little more allowance than 40 minutes. The only option at the moment seems to be a huge jump to $20 per month!!!

Hi, recently some of our events that were set up to April changed the status of the registrants to no show but the events did not start yet. In some of the cases there was a practice by some of our reps but they did not start the event.  How can we make sure it's not changing the status before the event starts? 

Unlike any other video call software that I use, Zoom does not seem able to balance light levels leading to huge overexposure in daylight conditions. While there is a setting that allows for adjustment to low light there is no equivalent setting for well lit rooms. This makes it very uncomfortable for the people I am calling as my face appears to be glowing very brightly. Is there a setting that I'm missing that will solve this issue?

Is there not a way to set up a webinar with custom recurrence?  Example, 1st Thursdays and 3rd Fridays?  

We’ve noticed that Zoom notifications aren’t forwarded to mobile devices when users are in previously scheduled calendar events. Whereas notifications are forwarded while a user’s status is set to “away”, the “in calendar event” status prevents users from receiving time sensitive call/message notifications on mobile devices while the said mobile device is locked.I've tested extensively on version 6.4.0 of the macOS app and have tested a bit on the 6.4.1 build as well.Ideally, users would have the option in settings to forward notifications to mobile devices when the “in calendar event” status is set.Example use cases:You lock your screen before walking away from your desk, forgetting that you’ve got a meeting on the calendar. Hi Support, I find my USB headset has voice problem in Zooom Workspace, means the meeting member cannot listen my voice on the microphone. How do I set the meeting time for 15 minutes after the hour? eg.  08:15amMeeting scheduler steps state you can do this, but the meeting time converts back to the whole or half hour after I hit enter. Thank you

I have a new zoom scheduler subscription and I'm setting up a schedule there, so that I can give one-to-one sessions to clients.   I am having trouble finding information on how zoom scheduler keeps meetings secure and private, what meeting features will be enabled/not enabled by the scheduler automatically, and how I can customize any security/privacy features?    For example, I'd like to offer a complimentary short chat with potential clients to help them evaluate whether they'd like to work with me.  How can I safely offer this without this offer being open to misuse?  Thank you!

Hello. I think, that I've some licensed users that doesn't use Zoom at all. so Licenses are used for nothing.can't find any usefull report to get detailed view of Meetings per user per year or something like that. 

Hello community. I have a new laptop with this specs:- Intel Core 7 150U processor- Intel Corporation Raptor Lake-U [Intel Graphics]- NVIDIA Corporation GA107M [GeForce MX570 A]- OS Debian 12 (Kernel 6.12.12) And Zoom client version 6.3.10 (7150) The problem is that I can't use virtual backgrounds. I can select them, I can add a new one, but when I select one nothing happens. PS: If I check "I have a green screen" and select a background, it works poorly, because I don't have a green screen. But my webcam does support this feature. Any tips would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hi,  While sharing the screen,  I am trying to play and share audio files(mp3 recordings) and it does not work. Of course, I am choosing "share sound" before sharing my screen to everybody. My zoom is up to date. It occurs with different types of audio files, and all of those files are playing just fine outside of the sharing through zoom. I am also making sure I am not muted... Couldn't find any help through the web. Any suggestions? 

I am the host, but cannot screenshare.  Nothing has changed in my settings. Thoughts?
