Scheduler meeting notification to host not working

I just signed up for scheduler, need to get sms or email notification when someone creates meeting, so I don't have to keep checking zoom calendar,  how to do that?

Tried setting notifications to you everywhere but no email or sms works for creating meeting.

Email is sent to attendee when creating meeting but not to host, email is sent to both when meeting cancelled.

Hi elsaadj.

Welcome to Zoom Community!

When you create a Scheduler, you have an option under "Notifications" to choose which notifications you want to receive when someone makes a booking in your calendar. Additionally, you can make it so that the person making the booking also receives a notification. Here's a preview:

I get SMS when attendee schedules a meeting but not email. I get email when attendee cancels meeting.

Another thing noticed on your image, My view doesn't show 1 hour notification before meeting, it has 2 days notification instead. How to change to include 1 hour notification?

Something else, when booker schedule meeting and provides phone number, it is not shown in meeting attendees details?

Hi elsaadj.

You can access your zoom.us web portal and in the "Scheduler" section you will be able to edit booking preferences, including confirmation notifications and reminders.

I'm having the same issue as kikimac. When I was on the trial version I was able to get SMS notifications so I can be aware when someone books a meeting (I'm not able to always be checking my "zmail" to see when someone books.) This is very frustrating. There should be an option to receive a text or email to my regular email. I called zoom and the person on the phone said I now needed to upgrade my plan to include zoom phone? This is ridiculous. Should I just move to a different scheduling program since this obviously doesn't meet my needs or is there a way to fix this?

Hi everyone, sorry for my delay.

The "receive email notifications" setting is a default setting when we use Zoom Scheduler, I recommend checking the integration with your calendar system and if they have it, I suggest doing it again and updating the Zoom desktop client (the desktop application). I send schreenshots.

I don't even see a default section in my settings for Scheduler .. can you please advise?

Sorry I don't have permission to upload images .. it goes from Custom to Before Event, but everything is grayed out.
