Why I am getting that error code 1001
I have lost my important recording from cloud due to expired subscription, it been more then 30 days .. Can any one help me how I can get them back. These are very important to me. As I met with an accident and after recovery it took time for me to get back with things. now I lost all the cloud data. how can I get it back.. can any one please help me.

After upgrading Zoom to the latest version several users can’t get their webcam to work. It just shows a black preview box, no error messages. If you try to test the microphone, the test button doesn’t do anything. Again no errors.Webcam privacy is all allowed in Windows 11, I tried resetting the camera settings in windows, deleting the zoom profile folders, uninstalling zoom entirely and reinstalling - nothing fixes this. The camera works just fine in MS Teams and the built in Camera app in windows/settings.This is happening with multiple laptop types (Dell, HP, Lenovo) and even plugging in an external webcam doesn’t solve it. I have tried messing with every option in the ‘Video and Effects’ panel, nothing seems to make any difference. Any ideas? It makes no sense at all to me.

Al querer agendar en el calendario o intentar ingresar a la reunión arroja el siguiente mensaje La cuenta de usuario seleccionada no existe en el inquilino "xxxxxx", de modo que no se puede acceder a la aplicación "unab-cl.zoom.us" de dicho inquilino. Para ello, en primer lugar es necesario agregar la cuenta como usuario externo en el inquilino. Use otra cuenta.¿Alguien puede ayudar a saber que es lo que pasa y como solucionarlo?
Hello, I deleted a zoom meeting recently but can still access it? Its not a recurring meeting, or a personal ID meeting, and ive deleted it also from recently deleted folder. However im working with an API that is still saying the zoom meeting is active - indeed if I put the details in I can actually join the meeting, even though i’ve deleted it! Any ideas? many thanksChris

Got an email: Your deck from last meeting is ready for review Oh, sure - I’ll check it out Click the link: https://slides.zoom.us/?from=email - I thought it would at least connect to my account - but it just drops me on a marketing landing page. Great - phished. Got me. So I try it out. “Make me a deck that….” write a whole prompt, hit the button, THEN i get a login prompt. Log in, hit a brand new landing page. Prompt gone. Total waste of time. Does anyone at Zoom use the things they build and promote? Does anyone care that they absolutely catphish their customers? It’s gross, and annoying, and honestly pathetic.
I i have done all the troubleshooting, tested on two different pairs of airpods. airpods work for all other things on computer, they work in audio testing within zoom, they show as connected under audio pull down for meeting - but the minute the meeting starts - they will not work - they are saying that zoom is using the airpods in the pulldown you show above as well - neither input or output work. I connected with apple and check the AirPod and everything is fine and also work with all application apart from zoomzoom need to investigate the issue why this issue is not solved yet

my video seems to go out when I’m on zoom meetings. Sometimes the video won’t start, or other times in the middle of a zoom meeting, there is a glitch, i never lost connectivity, although there was a pop up message, then I noticed I could not get video to be visible in the meeting. The zoom was 4 hours long and was recorded. I left the meeting and rejoined again, but no luck getting my video on.Is there a quick way for zoom support to test my video right now? I just reset my computer, an hp laptop. I also want to add a back ground picture of myself as well, I don’t pay for Zoom.
I cannot locate my meeting schedule. Meet only gives 3 options and noe take you to meetins you have scheduled. WHere has this feature moreed?

I am having trouble with folks registering for our zoom meeting and adding it to their calendars but then it doesn’t appear again or show up in the calendars. Some folks are also having to register for each meeting separately. We are also trying to edit each Zoom calendar invite with the specific details of who will be presenting (not just on the registration link and meeting details).

Hello,We are organizing a nationwide online programming contest and are considering using Zoom's All Screens Mode for online proctoring.Our planned setup is:- Approximately 90 participants per Zoom meeting- All participants have their cameras enabled- All participants share their screens throughout the contest- Two proctors monitor participants using All Screens Mode- Proctors will likely use Apple M1/M2/M3 MacBook Air/Pro devices with 16GB RAM- Cloud Recording will be enabled for the entire meeting for post-event review and incident investigationWe would appreciate guidance on the following questions:1. What CPU, memory, and network specifications are recommended for hosts/proctors using All Screens Mode at this scale?2. My recurring meetings have disappeared from App home page. they were there this morning and now gone. I can still see them on the desktop app and the links still work when clicke don to join but when I click open IOS zoom app they do not show on the home page - they have disappeared.I have about 10 recurring meeting all set to ‘no fixed time’. Can anyone tell me how to get them back showing in the app please? Thanks
I have tried every single zoom article on how to stop the transcription and for the life of me I cannot get it to be turned off when a meeting is started. I do not want my meetings transcribed. What else can I try?

Starting in early May 2022 I am no longer able to screen share any video content. over Zoom. I believe this is due to steps the streaming platforms, e.g., Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Prime, and Kanopy have taken to deter folks from sharing movies, though, oddly, I can find nothing about it on Google. As part of this effort, I read on a Reddit post that Zoom will now deliver screen shared video content only in lo-res. This will prevent me from showing my Art Ed Keynote presentations. So if anyone has more info on this, please get back to me.

We use Poly Edge e350 phones (current firmware 8.5.0.1491) as our primary device for Zoom Phone. We have noticed that if we answer a call on our Poly Edge e350 and then use the “Switch” feature to move that call to either a headset on a Zoom Workplace PC or a mobile device, then microphone audio is muted. You can still hear the person on the other end, but they can no longer hear you. We have a ticket open with Zoom on this, but they haven’t made much progress. I’m wondering if anyone else using Poly Edge e350 devices (or other Poly Edge models) is experiencing this issue or can replicate it? We think the problem has existed for several months, but no one reported it because it felt like a one-off issue. But once we started investigating and figured out the parameters, we can reproduce the issue 100% of the time.
We just turned on messaging (web chat) in one of our reservation department. It made a mess of our dashboards. I have all agents assigned to a Reservations (voice) Queue and Reservations Chat queue. Even though I have all the filters are set to the Reservations Voice Queue, the Dashboards are insisting on blending the two queues together. A real time agent listing will show agents as ready and idle even when they are on a call because they are not on a chat. In addition, the available agent’s widget does the same. I want it to show how many agents are available to take a call, but they show available since they are not on a chat. Is this expected behavior because I sure don’t expect it to behave this way.
