    Hi @Jazmina,

We’re glad to have you here. That message is coming from your organization’s identity tenant (typically Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD) during sign-in to Zoom, and it means the account you’re using to authenticate isn’t recognized in that tenant for the Zoom application. It’s not a “co-host” setting issue inside the meeting.

Try these fixes (most common first):

    1. Make sure you’re signing into the correct Zoom account/org
    • In the Zoom Workplace app, sign out completely.
    • Then sign back in using SSO (if your org uses it) and the correct company email.
    • If you have multiple Microsoft/Google accounts in the browser, open an Incognito/Private window and try again to avoid picking the wrong cached identity.
    1. If you’re a guest/external user for that organization Your admin needs to add your identity to their tenant as an external/guest user and assign access to the Zoom enterprise application in that tenant (this is exactly what the error text is describing).

    2. If you’re supposed to be an internal user Your admin should confirm:

    • Your user exists in the tenant and is active
    • You’re assigned to the Zoom application in the tenant (and any required policies/conditional access are satisfied)
    1. Zoom-side requirement (only if you need scheduling/hosting privileges on their Zoom account) If the goal is to let you schedule/act as alternative host in their Zoom account, you must be added to their Zoom account as a user:
    1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an owner/admin.
    2. Go to User Management > Users.
    3. Click Add Users, enter the email, select a license if needed, and send the invitation.
    4. After the invite is accepted, you can access the tenant application.
