ZoomMate did not return a pptx source file

I took an overview of slides that I wrote with some AI and some content, and pasted that into Zoom slides. It started going through the process and gave me a great outline, but then stopped with the error message, which I think popped up a few times during the process.

I asked for white text on a blue background - I did not let it choose the template.
This is a business account.

      Thanks so much for flagging this — and for the detail, it really helps with the investigation. 
       

      We're actively looking into the issue where the generation stops partway and the .pptx source file doesn't get returned. We've made some good progress already and expect to ship a fix in the next release. I'll come back and update this thread once it's live.
