I'm sorry to hear about your accident and the loss of your recordings.

Unfortunately, if your cloud recordings were deleted due to subscription expiration and it has been more than 30 days, recovery may be difficult because many cloud services permanently remove deleted recordings after their retention period expires.

    That said, I would recommend:

    1. Contacting the service provider's support team immediately and explaining your situation in detail.

    2. Providing your account email, subscription details, and approximate recording dates.

    3. Asking whether the recordings still exist in backups, archives, or can be restored as a one-time exception.

    4. Checking whether any local copies, synced folders, or automatic downloads were enabled on your computer.

While there is no guarantee that the recordings can be recovered, support staff are the only ones who can verify whether any recovery options remain available on the backend.

I hope you're able to recover the files. Please let us know which platform the recordings were stored on and whether you've already contacted support.

    Hello,

Generally speaking, you can try renewing the exact same subscription (use the same email)  for 30 days and if they still exist download the recordings.

After 30 days there is no guarantee, but often the server script hasn't got around to deleting them yet.

    Good luck and regards
